DO NOT ORDER FROM EMANUAL! I ordered a manual for my specific vehicle. Once I paid, I received a confirmation email, however, the download links for my purchased item wasn't available. I emailed customer service to obtain the download link. After 48 hrs, Rahul finally responded with the link. To my surprise, it wasn't for my vehicle. I then asked for a refund. I got a response email from another employee named Bojan asking what was the year, model, vin, etc of my vehicle. At this point, I looked to review sites and found that this happens often with this company. I replied to Bojan asking for a refund as well. I received another email from another employee named Shawn stating that he was passing my info along to someone else to handle the refund. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I sent a follow up email a few days later, and again, didn't get a reply. Thankfully my bank is now handling the matter.
My car is definitely in very good condition after following the manual and repairing the issues I had with the seat belts, the brakes and the engine. The manual was excellent and amazing.

Said manual was easy to download. Not true for me. I tried all sorts of ways without success. Spent many wasted hours on this. No refund! Just unlimited ( useless) tech advice. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't expect every detail in a manual like this but it's definitely worth the few bucks, it's very detailed in regards to tuning up and maintaining my Piaggio Vespa.

Researching EmanualOnline for a precise detail of my 2010 popular vehicle and requested specific details to be in their Emanual, they confirmed they had the manual and my requested details were included, and for A$32 purchased said emanual.
Within an hour of receiving it Idiscovered it did NOT include the specific details I asked for and emailing this fact to them they asked me for full details of my vehicle AGAIN... AND I must send a screenshot of the Emanual file details they sent me?
Bottom Line is they REFUSED my request for refund and offered ANY other emanual I would want?
WHY would I want another emanual from then? I have 1 vehicle, I asked them to provide specific details I required and they FINALLY agreed the details NOW are and were not EVER available?
Their failure to check 1st before being paid AND saying they had the detailed emanual was a LIE... and the FALSE acquisition of my $$$$$$s makes them also THIEVES.
Do NOT buy from THIEVES and LIARS

I purchased a manual form emanualonline. They send ma a "link" that did nothing but dump my connection back into their main page. After trying for over an hour and following every single instruction AND GETTING NO DOWNLOAD, I informed the company that I wanted my money refunded. 8 hours later, I was getting spammed with corrected links. NOTE: this was only AFTER I wanted my money back. At this point, I was DONE. I have requested my refund (understand its only $22) 5 times, each time I have gotten excuses - and no money. They claim I have the link and have the download. Any IT person can tell that I have NEVER accessed that download link. So they are lying about the access. The customer service is HORRID and they do NOT deserve your business. I'm still waiting for my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

No "start download" buttons, nowhere to sign in, constant pop-ups (super sketchy spyware), FAQ is cyclic and refers to doing the thing that you are trying to find, except that thing isn't there, so you can't do or find the thing it wants you to do or find. NOT AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD, they REALLY want you to download a "download helper" (read - spyware/malware)... newsflash, it is a DOWNLOAD, it isn't 1998, you click and you are done... but, of course, nothing to click and NOWHERE on the site is ANYTHING that allows you to "sign in/log in". Will be charging back, thank god I used paypal. SCAM!
The Manual I ordered was not complete, but when I contacted customers service, I received all the help I needed to get another manual installed on my computer. Works perfectly!
