I'm quite surprised by the quality of service emanualonline.com delivered! The customer service is the accurate manual for Audi I've ever seen on the market. Thank you for providing me with such a high-quality manual for a very affordable price! I made such progress since I got this manual in my hands or should I say on my computer. PDF option available also which helps to have it on my cell phone and tablet as well, I can never lose this manual.

I've just bought a Mitsubishi Colt Workshop Manual 2003-2010 from EmanualOnline. I'm not satisfied, on the contrary! It does describe my vehicle, but there is no guide to repairs or whatsoever. There are technical drawings and specifications here and there, but no information on how to actually service or repair anything. So to me this is useless. Besides: this same manual is downloadable for free on various other websites. I somehow feel scammed. I've raised this matter with the support department and asked for a refund, but they only state that the manual is correct for my car, it is the only one they have for my vehicle and that they don't want to refund. The amount I paid was € 22,99 which to me is a substantial amount of money, especially for a product that does not match what one might expect of it, and is to be downloaded for free on other websites. Very disappointing.

As others have said, I would give it zero stars were that possible. I paid for and downloaded a workshop manual for my daughters car, the page I downloaded it from gave a number of file types as possibilities. In my own mind I expected a pdf but got a. Ova file, something I had never encountered before. Following the instructions I downloaded the recommended software, followed the instructions to the letter but couldn't manage to access the file. Updating the software to the latest version, I am then warned that windows considered the file unsafe. Searching for answers I am then informed I need to alter the BIOS settings on my PC to get even the software to run, let alone the. Ova file. Being highly suspicious of this, I tried two more software packages recommended for. Ova files and was still unable to load the file. Bad enough at this point, but then I contacted customer services and things got really bad. After explaining my dilemma, I suggested that I still wanted the manual but would have preferred it in. Pdf format. AT this point I was told no refund, but I could have a credit note towards another. Ova file. Pointless and of no use to me. I mentioned this by reply to the customer service agent and I was basically told "Tough luck, you downloaded the. Ova file and that even though its un-usable, no refund". The attitude from CS was one of sheer arrogance. "We have your money, now go away"

I'm sorry you aren't happy about your recent purchase. I've looked into the matter and all communications against your ticket. I would like to confirm nowhere does the product mention that this manual is available in multiple formats. There is ONLY the single option available for the Vauxhall Meriva. I've been in touch with the publisher to confirm, but I'm afraid they do not provide it in a PDF format. The. OVA format is useable as 1000's have done so already and IF changing the bios setting was suspicious then windows wouldn't allow you the facility to change it.
As per our refund policy you've downloaded the file, and we've offered store credit. We know mistake do happen and we'll always bend over backwards and go outside policy to support our customers, but on this occasion, with your threatening approach I will support the decision made by our customer care department. We're more than happy for you to go PayPal as you've suggested and we'll provide all the evidence they need to adjudicate on the matter.

I've had issues with the brakes on my Suzuki and the mechanic pretty much would rip me off. If I didn't find this helpful manual, I would not have been able to fix the issue in no time for a very affordable price. Glad to have found this site, thank you emanualonline.com
I'm pleased with the purchase! The manual is exactly as described and did it's job. I finally did my brakes on my Audi A4 and it was quite easy to follow the manual's instruction. Highly recommend!
The company has great customer support and I'm so pleased! I download the manual quickly without having any issues with it and every information in it was on it's place, detailed! I'm glad that I've had good shopping experience and product for affordable price.
Dont bother paying for these manuals, the software is horrible you have to install a virtual machine to access the program. There was lots of sections that contained no information at all and when I contacted them for a refund they are being awkward. Save yourself the time, money and hassle
I tried Emanuel's, it took a half dozen emails and having them take over my computer to get it to run (something I was not comfortable with) when I finally able to view the manual (through many steps just to view it) I found my manual for a 1999 Chevy s10 to be Totally useless. Very small diagrams, those that you can find. No information on anything of major such as replacement of a fuel pump, chasses work like removing the truck bed. Nothing to do with the drive shaft etc etc etc... again do not waste your money. ALSO no REFUND. Despite the claim of money back guarantee it TOTALY FALSE, once they have your money... That's it

In regards to the Sitejabber review. I have been round and round with this issue and still no refund. On Ticket ID: DPR-143-*******. It would be nice if you used a legitimate email address to respond to. Since giving a ticket ID I have had no response, figures! I responded to a Jon in original reply, did not know you had several Jon's in your Customer Relations messaging.

Files not compatible with my 2006 Volvo XC90 then does the locking up to not working. Total waste of time and customer service does the making excuses of it being my fault and won't refund. A total waste of money. I am very frustrated over this and I was hoping on being on the right side of this. Since giving a ticket ID I have had no response, figures! I responded to a Jon in original reply, did not know you had several Jon's in your Customer Relations messaging. It would be nice if you used a legitimate email address to respond to.

Not worth a carrot. Can be had for free online.
They don't tell you before you order that it's only a pocket manual which misses out all the important detail that is required to be of any use.
I would recommend you email them before you purchase to find out what you are exactly buying, because once they have your money for the download you only get a credit.
Which in our case is not that useful as we would be very wary of using this company again.

AVOID. Ordered service manual for my motorcycle, then sent a pdf of the user guide and a broken html link for the service manual. I engaged with their customer service team which resulted in a very frustrating circular discussion and I had to buy the product from a different source. Possibly a scam.

EMANUALONLINE MAY ONCE HAVE BEEN LEGITIMATE BUT IS NOW A SCAM. I bought a manual for $13.99 to do a common repair on my 2008 Prius and received a download that did not have the information I needed. I emailed them and was told they had the manual I needed but haven't received the manual, nor have I received the refund I finally requested. Also, the program I did get doesn't work well on Windows 10, not at all - what was there was very hard to read and that only with much effort. I then contacted Sancrac, a guy who promotes them on YouTube and also offers to help. I emailed him (*******@gmail.com) and have received no response. I suspect he's part of the scam although he appears to represent himself as an independent YouTube review. I could have suspected something when I tried to pay using their PayPal link which didn't work. ONLINE REVIEWS - probably written by eManualOnline and aren't real at all. CONCLUSION: this is now a scam, if it was ever legitimate. My recommendation: STAY AWAY.

After you pay your money you find out that the manual is 8GB to download. After several attempts to get the manual (because the download keeps cutting out), you need to download a virtual machine to get access to the manual. To be fair this info was mentioned on their site but not the fact that the download would keep cutting out. After many download attempts and once you work through the error messages associated with giving permission on my Mac to VM privacy permissions at different levels you then get access to switchboard that only displays parts of the manual through an abstract menu system. I tried the whole thing on my windows machine but kept getting other errors. You then discover that you can't print the parts of the content as a print feature isn't available although it was advertised on their website that you can! This is a terrible way to access a manual. Also have requested my money back for the third time - good luck with that I guess.

I ordered(and paid) a. Pdf manual, but received the wrong one. Then i was offered a software operated one, which is impossible to download and needs other software to even run. So in stead of an easy quick download i am now left with nothing. Support responds very quickly, but after you are offered the software version it gets very quiet very quickly... so be very carefull when you order something here... it might cost you your money(as it does mine now).

Took 5 hours to download the 46 GIG manual. Then I needed to download a program which would not open. Emanual tech support could not solve the problem. I was denied a refund so I spent $42 for a file that I can't open. Proceed with extreme caution or better yet, don't proceed at all.
