I recently bought a set of Pjs for my wife. 8 days after ordering they arrived, When she opdned & tried the top on it was really baggy. Contacted company several times only reply was 10 day policy have 10$ off next order. Always thought asking for a credit note & returns were from date of receipt & since this is internet shopping law is 14 days.

If you need to exchange the item, or even return, you will have to send it back to China with the tracking number. And the shipong cost starts at $63 from California. It is ridiculous. They do not have a phone line for customer services too. Left aside that the product is not true to size. I have not washed it to know if it would shrink

The silk blanket ordered from this site is much higher quality than what I was expecting! So soft! And the blanket seems to hold up great to washing. My daughter was excited to trade her old "well-loved" blanket for this one! Excellent buy! Thinking of getting another one for my youngest. It would be nice if they offered more girly colors... but that's my only complaint.

I am amazed that a duvet so light in weight can give so much warmth when you are sleeping! It drapes over your body and makes you feel all snug and cosy without the feeling of heaviness. The service and expertise offered by ellesilk team is excellent and after ordering, my duvet was sent out promptly in the post. The luxury of silk is definitely worth the investment for a good, quality night's sleep!

We gave the silk comforter to my mother and she called me the next day to say it was the first night she had slept through the night in many years without waking up! This is a great gift--for someone else or yourself-- not too warm, not too cold... just right!

The silk sheets feel excellent, true to Size. My gf loves the sheets but says they wrinkle too easily - from a cursory look, I would agree. It's not a problem for most people, as the blanket tends to cover the sheets, but just putting that out there. Overall, however, I really like the sheets and am happy that they are the most comfortable bedding I've purchased, I recommend it!

I purchased the silk cover from this site. I have not been disappointed and now I find it very hard to be comfortable sleeping on any other fabric of pillowcase, including satin pillow cases (very annoying!). My belief is that the silk is also kinder to my face than other fabrics. I will be buying more.

I went looking for a silk pillowcase because I heard that were great for my skin and hair. After looking around on-line, I found this site, it sounded like it was what I wanted but some of the reviews made me nervous. Well I took the chance and am glad I did. It fits my pillow just fine and feels great. Affordable price. Love it!

I bought a set of sheets from ElleSilk for our new bed room. I ordered them in Queen Size and they fit my queen size bed well and the suede rose color matched my bed room perfectly. They are so comfortable that it's hard for me to get out of my bed. Just a little expensive, but worth every penny! I will buy a silk duvet cover from the website in the same color to complete our bed.

The pillowcase is the best thing I have ever done for my hair and face! It's so smooth and feels so good and definitely cuts down on my frizz and keeps my hair looking great overnight. The pillowcases were perfect; the quality is excellent (much better than pillowcases I could have purchased at a local discount store for more money), and the shipping was SUPER fast. They are a little big, but it’s easy to fix. The only change I would make is to be able to buy in smaller increments next time - Excellent all around!
