Convinced it's a scam. I ordered sheets with express shipping on April 1. April 9 I sent a request asking where they were. April 11 they told me the sheets were originally out of stock but were shipped. I asked for the tracking number and they said they do not have one. I understand things are a little hectic with COVID but you still need to tell people when things are out of stock. Not having a tracking number is raising red flags. I asked for a refund and my request has been ignored. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card and going back to Lilly Silk.
