Ordered $700 quilt and paid. The courier refused to deliver to my parcel locker and I have no other address so it was returned to them, they said they would refund when it returned back but a month later they emailed me with partial refund of $410 stating they are keeping the rest of my money for "handling" costs. I reported to via and they were found to have acted illegally

I purchased silk leggings in size XL. I usually run L to XL so bought the XL to ensure they would fit. They were expensive and shipping was $20.00. These are way too small, no way they are XL- I cannot even get them over my hips. So I can't use them and they have refused to return them saying it was a final sale (I did not realize this, I never buy items online as a final sale since you can never be sure the size will run true) I feel totally 100% ripped off.
