Steer clear of this company. I ordered something online I even called to confirm it. I was told it was in stock and would be shipped subsequently when I never received my item I called and I was told that the actual price had gone up by seven times what was advertised I believe this company advertises these low prices to get you on their website and then they do a bait and switch please don't do business with this company.
Ordered a couple of computer power supplies 10/05/20. It is now the end of November, and still no power supplies. Have sent e-mail a few times, and no answer, but they made sure to charge my credit card.
"You cancelled my order that I was hoping to receive. Asked status thru paypal and get a reply manufacturer going to ship today so I cancelled your order here's your money back" Called Elitewarehouse more excuses. Bogus sellers.
I just got off of the phone with the manufacturer. They were set to ship your order today, so I had your order cancelled for you. You can always contact us using your order confirmation, the "contact us" page of the website, or the phone number on every page of the website. Let us know if you need anything else.
