I placed an online order with this useless company ON JULY 16TH. Nearly two weeks and a half weeks later, HALF OF THE ORDER was received, and of course not what I ordered. I was missing 3 gallons of the cleaner, and (1) 5 Gallon box of windex.

When I contacted them about their error and the balance of my order, I was told" You only paid for one gallon of Fabuloso. I can discount your one gallon to carton pricing which is $14.08 each. Please advise" Hmmm, funny because MY RECEIPT clearly states I PURCHASED and PAID FOR:#1 Fabuloso All-Purpose Cleaner, Lavender Scent, 1gal Bottle, 4/Carton CPC******* [#CPC*******]
Quantity 1 x 15.03 = 15.03
AND
#2 Windex Powerized Cleaner Bag-In-A-Box ******* [#*******]
Quantity 2 x 23.22 = 46.44

Apparently, there was an ERROR on the website pricing, however the way that ERROR WAS RELAYED BACK to me is PATHETIC. YOU made the ERROR, not the customer?! How the heck can you come back, once I have the product IN HAND AND RAISE THE PRICE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I've had to fight with these people via paypal etc FOR MY REFUND. They have LIED and told Paypal that I had been VULGAR to their employees (COMPLETE LIE. PAYPAL VERIFIED THE EMAILS AND NO VULGARITIES!) AND I had to fight with them to get CREDIT BACK FOR PRODUCT THEY NEVER SHIPPED! That partial shipment? Yea, they refused to give my credit for the product THEY NEVER SHIPPED until they received the incorrect PRICED ITEM WAS RECEIVED back. I'd also like to add that I noticed they have now increased their pricing on the windex by nearly 50%! I can only assume, they are trying to steal my $15.03 refund to make up for that loss! (REALLY, ALL OF THIS OVER A $15.03 refund. SHOWS HOW PATHETIC THEY ARE) Also, one quick internet search of this company further proves, the whole switch and bait with pricing is typical for them! Apparently, shipping product THEN increasing the pricing is the norm for this company! WITH SO MANY REPUTABLE ONLINE BUSINESSES TO CHOOSE FROM, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
