I paid almost $80 for one month subscription! I don't believe, it doesn't even match me with the correct people. Why it is advertised that it is one of the best apps for professional singles. It's so expensive even for $5!

It's a total scam. They have a ton of fake profiles. I think they pay people to message you. I have not connected with one real person. The guy in the photo below had an Indian (from India) accent. He couldn't tell me what color his hair was😂😳👎

Other sites are much better. I should have guessed how bad this site would be when filling out the Qs. I'm not certain any algorithm is actually used because profiles outside of my preferences were appearing as matches. Also you take the time to complete this profile and discover most of the people on their have skipped the majority of it so all you get is a location, job and non existent information. If I'm serious enough to be paying to use a dating site them the least Elite Singles could ensure if that a profile is completed. You can't get a refund even if you realise how rubbish it is within the first week.

The site it self is a bit of a scam because even if you are a paying member the other person can not see your message, picture, or respond to you or unless they are also a paying member. So you are getting cheated automatically by the site.

Second, almost every single person I did chat with, which was quite a few, ended up being a scammer. The conversations generally would last for hours, maybe not all at once, but they are trying to get you interested before they drop the scam pitch. For example, "let me help you invest in crypto binary option trading" or "poor me can you help" with money or gift card. You're more likely to win the lotto by spending this amount of money on the website, than you are likely to find love on this site.

This is the worst dating site ever. I was online for less than 21 days. The site notified me of 3 suspected scam profiles that had been in contact with me. There were an additional 2 profile contacts by con artists that they did not pick up on. Both eventually wanted money. Other than that they totally ignore the distance parameters you input. Most of my matches lived in the US or Quebec.

The people I was interested in 100% of them turned out to he scammers here is how I find out:

All of them had lavish lifestyles, had a great job, great looking, talk about the things woman would love to hear, quickly wanted phone number, 90% of the day hours show active online profile, meaning they were chatting with others, don't they have jobs?

So I reported them and Elite singles reveal they are scammers. So be very aware of this site.

Elite singles didn't allow me to send them a message anymore because I offered to catch the scammers online for them since I'm getting very good at it. LOL...don't sign up for this site, it's horrible

And keep on using it and enjoy the dates. This site was very helpful to me in the past and it really worked, what a huge mistake I made when I decided to sign up for EliteSingles! Their cancellation policy is a money rip-off. It seems that there is no way to leave. Now I have to deal with these rogues, call them, message them, fax them, send mails to Luxembourg or Ethiopia or whatever else they will come up with? It's definitely one of the biggest fraud I have ever encountered.

I signed up for this service months ago that keeps showing me the same inappropriate choices day after day. Same $#*!, different day, mostly not having anything to do with my preferences. Cancel my subscription! Ooops, no way to do so!

Definitely don't waste your money. I've been on this site for just over a month and out of 6 people I've spoken to 5 of them were fake profiles. I got security alerts from the site, and I reported two of them. I haven't had a connection with a single match. I am getting matches from all over Canada and the US even though my parameters were within 100 KM. They are also outside of my age and race parameters so just a total mishmash. I have asked for a refund and they said I could transfer my subscription to another user! My worst enemy maybe...lol. What a complete ripoff and super high risk for scammers.

You can't even talk to anyone at the management - they don't let you! When a company makes it hard to contact them, there is a reason for that. I can't imagine anyone EVER renewing once they get ripped off at first. The site has soooo many scammers. Usually they only have one photo — and also, no matter what their age is, the profiles mostly say these two things:
1) want kids someday (even if they are 55 etc…makes no sense)
2) they all have a masters degree! Few have masters degrees. The scammers all say "masters" to make them look better to the other party.

Also…stay away from ALL Asian women on the site (probably aren't real) - notoriously scammers.

There are so many bad dating sites and this is in that pile of $#*!.

Notice what the person does for a living on the photo below. "real estates". Americans don't say that, we say real estate with no "S". Telltale sign they aren't from America like they say they are.

I enrolled there becase Forbes.com enlisted it as top dating site. There're 4 women listed in this densely populated metropolitan, and they don't seem 'elite' at all. I would like to delete my profile LESS THAN 24 HOURS later, and they would not allow me to log in. Keeps rejecting the log in saying it's the wrong credentials, won't even let me reset new password. Data scammers for real.

Been with the site for many years. First, it went well. Then, I got a few scammers from the site. All kinds of lies and BS. Site admin is not very concerned about the user's safety. Fee is very high. Not worth anything.

So, they told me I need to expand my preferences. 100 miles isn't unreasonable. So, they match me with Scotland 300 miles away. They match me with people 20 years younger. The list goes on. I think they're desperate for members so chuck out everything they can muster

Too many people contacted me that live hours or states away despite the 30 mile radius I set. Their customer service is poor. No one called or emailed back when I expressed my concerns. They'll take your money up front fro 3 months with no refunds possible, even after you are given a poor quality service. Don't do it!

1) Never mind your preferences, you'll be matched with whomever.
2) You'll never receive any customer service.
3) The "Support" option leads every time to "Unable to Connect". (shady!)
4) Your profile answers/descriptions will be forever "under review"... same with everyone else's, so there will be no information except for five basic facts about each person.
5) Their company in Berlin is making a ton of money, as if they set up this cash cow website and then walked away... I'm trying hard not to use the word "scam" here.

Matches must've bin picked by a 1st grade,ai this setting are something else quick scam to take your money so don't be dumb like me take a good look at many many reviews before you pick a site make sure you run from this 1

The worst that ive ever got to experience. From people quality, unfriendliness of the app, unfiltered offensive profiles, blank profiles, profiles totally opposite of what you ask or hope for. Question is, everyone's complaining about the same things, all true, but how can we solve the issue, at least if we lost the money others won't. Could they be banned? It was the only transaction my CC asked me to confirm this purchase… go figure. Couple of weeks into it n already anxious how could i cancel successfully n erase the profile…who owns this company n what makes their practice legal?

I am a paying customer to this so-called dating site. At first, I was presented with what appeared to be legitimate subscribers. Soon afterwards, the majority of matches (about 60%) either have no picture or just one picture. Moreover, their profile summaries, if any, suggest that they are made up. Occasionally, you are taunted with apparently interested matches. However, no matches ever respond. Sites that provide public services like this should be regulated externally and shut down if the proof do not back up their claims.

My suspicion is that the sites that rate elite highly are paid reviewers. They have horrible policies and horrible customer service. Don't let them steal your money! Stay away. Numerous accounts are fake. Matches are hundreds of miles away and you can't really tell. Maybe if you are in NYC you will see someone local. And "elite" is a joke. No offense. But I got on to get matches that were professionals and educated. I did not find many accounts with similar education and career status- and I'm not exactly a ceo myself. Overall horrible experience that was exasperated by their predatory behavior of charging my account a second time. My new goal in life is to take this shameful company down.

Avoid at all costs. If you think this is an 'elite' site, think again. It's infested with fake profiles, run by an algorithm that will pair you up with 'potential partners' thousands of miles away. You may even receive a few from the wrong gender! Why? Because Elite Singles is a money mill. The owners(whoever they are) don't give a $#*! about finding you a partner - once you've paid, you're on your own. Members can join for free if they restrict themselves to a 'smile', so you will be inundated with 'smiles', and left to ponder whether to call the cell number scrawled under their photos. It's tawdry, it's sleazy, and it's a rip-off.
