After notifying customer support that my account was hijacked as the email address and password associated with my account was changed, the support rep told me to request a password change via the site... but since the email associated was also changed, I am unable to request a password to the original account holder. Next, they replied to just log in and cancel the account ...or give them my account ID number to prove I'm the original holder... both require login and they know I can't login... ridiculous, boiler plate type reply with no thought or actual reading of emails taking place! Don't use these clowns!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had!
It was a fraud and a scam so awful it literally made me sick!
I got the most horrific responses none of them came close to my preferences. And they are supposed to be educated? It was an insult!
I received pics for 4 days then it went to no photos and phony qualifications!
Do yourself a favor… as my mother used to say, "you will meet Mr. Right in the supermarket"!
Don't waste your time or money…donate to a favorite charity and do some volunteer work…much better chances than this horrible scam.
BTW- you never speak to a "live" person and you can rest assure I demanded and received a full refund! Of course I reported them to the BBB.

Elite Singles is a complete waste of money! A complete scam. Almost all of the hits I get are from women working email, or text scams. As well, the administrators do nothing to clean up their web site. This has been a terrible experience and I assume it is the same for most women. My recommendation is to steer clear of this site!

Really poor offer, no matches, limited amount of members and terrible customer service. Yo need to cancel the membership 7 days prior to deadline which you don't see it anywhere, probably hidden in their long terms and condition notes and charged for a second month fees when I canceled 2 days prior to deadline.
Don't waste your time and money on this dreadful website.

The matches were not at all my criteria, men on this site don't take any initiative, and in 3 months I didn't have one connection. To make matters worse part my write up had been held from my profile because the automated system deemed it inappropriate but I didn't get proper notification therefore for the first half of my subscription my profile wasn't complete. When I figured it out they accepted it (because there was nothing about it that was against their policies) and didn't extend or offer me anything for the trouble. It was a terrible disappointing experience and a waste of money.

The links to the daily match don't work. All the matches are from different states or 100s of miles away from me, in spite of my preference of no more than 100 miles. I am so sorry I wasted time and money on this site, which came from clicking a link about intelligent singles. Ha! Should have stuck with eharmony.

Don't waste your time with this site. If you're serious about finding someone, don't let their ploy about "a more educated crowd" and "people looking for a serious relationship" fool you. Using this site was a complete waste of my time and money. Their Customer Care is a joke and unwilling to help. Not to mention when you ask to speak with someone else, they simply stop responding to you. Seriously look elsewhere before using this "service".

Stay away from this site! They create Fake Profiles and do a poor job of it. One example, a profile stated in the "personal comments" she lived in CO. And just relocated to Nebraska, however, under the profile picture it said she lived in Tacoma WA. Just a few miles away from me. I sent her a message asking her to clarify this but never heard back, Hmmmm, not supersized. Three days later she popped up on my Visitors list once again, but this time she lived in a completely different town in my state. WOW she moves a lot. I believe if you join this site they will take your photos and use them to create fake profiles in other states.

This website is a scam. They mislead you on pricing - they are the most expensive that I have experienced - and then make it very difficult to cancel the membership. It's a tedious process to cancel and that will be so they can scam more money from a user. Unlike every other dating website, a membership cannot be cancelled online. Unless the membership is a non-paying one, then it can be done easily - what does that say about the greedy owners of that site? STAY AWAY!

The site doesn't have sufficient matches within locality. Despite specifying 30 miles radius, most of the matches were not within this range and were nothing like I had specified. I do not understand why they make this a subscription, I am trying to cancel and it's proving difficult again!
Total waste of money!

Site sucks. Do not join. No custom service Whatever your dating presences are won't matter. If you're 50 you'll get 65yr old recommendations. If you're looking for someone within 100 miles good luck. Won't happen.

This is a dating site that underperforms. It purports to provide you with matches every day and yet 90% of the matches I'm sent have no photos, minimal profile info and never respond to photo requests or messages. There are a few actual people on the site, but in general it is poorly designed, has few members and generally isn't worth the time or money, as it is considerably more expensive than comparable sites with better functionality and massively larger membership.

It has good reviews for some reason. I have yet to see why. It's more expensive than other sites and its FULL of scammers using the same pick up stories and SAME email address to "introduce you to their friend/boss etc because they are deactivating their account bc they are getting married in a few days." Unbelievable how their algorithm doesn't search for the commonalities despite reporting. Don't bother to "report" because it does nothing.
