Appreciate that the pictures are a little clearer than other sites, but am surprised that there are so few contacts in Denver, CO. The preferences require that you include a minimum of 50 mile radius. The picks I get are even farther than that. I just don't see myself driving 50 - 100 miles to meet someone. I simply don't have that kind of time. I really wish I could limit the distance range.

This is one of the most poorly functional and monitored Apps. I will be sticking with Match and another reputable site. This has been a complete waste of time and money. Frankly, the free POF site is better than this one. And better run, to boot. Stay far away. This company is going BK soon.

Once I saw that they don't allow you to view or search before you pay (the most expensive dating site). I didn't go any further. If you pay and then see that it is garbage, as described in the reviews here---You deserve what you get. All these sites are basically the same. Any site that "matches" you, usually has the most complaints. A tip: Never buy more than one month of any dating site the first time. Because if it stinks, you just lose the one month. If it is good or you want to stick with it... then purchase the multiple month package.

They totally ignore your preferences! When I contacted them they said that they need to be marked as a "must have". I told them they were! I wrote back within days and said I wanted a refund. They won't. I am a 53 yr. Old that looks WAY younger than my age so in no way would I date a 70 yr. Old much less a 55 yr old because 95% of the time they look very old.ok, not the sites fault but they send me matches of very old, fat, out of state guys. COME ONE NOW! E-mailed several times. They did nothing.

There is nothing Elite about this website. They do not respect your parameters of what you put in regards to distance or children or education. In fact most of the people I have received have been outside of my parameters. I have contacted customer service several times with no luck of getting them to fix the problem even though they claim they have. I have also been notified three separate occasions a people I was talking to have been removed from the site due to threatening behavior. They refuse to acknowledge the problem with their website, and continue to send me people with no pictures and no profiles which tells me they signed on but never paid for a subscription, because they never answer if you write to them. Do not waste your money

I've had this worthless dating site for a little over two months. I send customer service at least three scammers every week that are fishing for email and phone numbers through fake profiles. Do you remember the white haired elderly Mother of Joe Pesci in the movie GOODFELLAS? Well, that's the standard Member this farce of a site sends me as my matches. I know I'm not Brad Pitt, But I'm not Rodney Dangerfield either! The site doesn't deserve Anything but a 1! Its pathetic. The other defect is how they take 3-5 days to approve Profile changes or picture edits. That is insane!

This company is nothing more than a common criminal taking your money. The site/app quality is $#*! and the service is ten times worse - if you can manage to get a hold of anyone.

Save your money. Go out and meet people in real time.

Two months in and I've been contacted by four men looking for money. Obviously the screening process is non existent. The majority of others (over 50%) are not active, no pics. I've been contacted by those who reach out first only to reply and get nothing back. Looks like a fake profile to try to keep you interested. But if no one responds what's the point. The word "Elite" is a joke. Being paired up with Uber drivers, truck drivers, factory workers is not my definition of Elite. Make me a snob sure, that's why I joined. I can find those matches off a free site.
Overall don't bother... FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.

Absolutely a waste of money and time. They allow and have many fake people and scammers. I truly believe that the company itself is part of the scam. Their customer service is an absolute joke, no no no wait, there is no customer service. Do not spend your money on this site!

I joined up and filled out all the necessary info about myself. Then an email from E. S saying that I had a message from Janice. When I clicked on the link in the message 'Get in Contact ' my message page showed up. But no Janice. Only the previous message from other members. Wasted my time (see screenshots 1 & 2).

Then I tried to ask the Help Desk. The instructions says: '... You can contact our Customer Care team: via our contact form, available in our Help pages...'. When I clicked on HELP there was NO Fokking Contact Form (see screenshot 3). Wasted 1 hour of my fokking time.

Asked about ethnicity or religion I wanted early on, then took up an hour with more questions, then rejected application for wanting my own type.
They are replacists trying to implement the great replacement!

This company should be shut down. They enroll people in a $400 autorenewal scheme without consent. Will not give a refund even though I wasn't able to log into my account to cancel and haven't used it for 6 months. Algorithm is crap, matches totally inappropriate.

What a horrible experience! After using the site for a short time, all of my matches started showing up with no photos. While I understand 1 or 2 occasionally, 30 matches in 3 consecutive days is statistically improbable! "Customer Care" was patronizing and no help at all. Their answers were largely cut & paste form answers that did not address the real issue. The company was also not willing to prorate for the unused time and provide a refund. Don't sign up here. It's really expensive and I had no more success here than any other dating site.
I'm going to try meeting normal people the old-fashioned way! Come join me!

Very bugging app, lacking synchro with the web site, text message flaws and failures, matche criteria are NOT respected, poor customer service, border-line fraudulent automatic renewals, very hard to find link for service cancellation, very confusing cancellation confirmation (you don't know if your profile will go down at expiration or as you press "confirm cancellation".

Any reviews here that says, "don't really pay attention to all negative reviews" is an Elite troll for sure. Because as a software engineer and website designer, I can tell you that this online dating app/web is one of the poorest i've seen so far.

Pure waste of money and time.

Poor matches - many miles away - and repetitive - not convinced all were live profiles - only paid up to join after free trial as I believed I had message - these were actually just notifications of other members loading photos - not real messages. Then despite me opting out of automatic renewal they have just hit me for £275 for a renewal I don't want, I didn't get notice of and I cancelled at the outset - and they're disputing refund even though I've alerted them on the first day of the new 6 months and they can see I haven't been using the site. This is their business model - all about renewal at inflated rates ( my first 6 months was at least £100 less) and no real partner matches happening. Ripoff!

This website is a total scam and waste of time. The matches are not real. Most live several hours away. No pictures or profiles filled out. How does this sire stay in business? They should be shut down. I got scammed out of $200.00. Not sure how these people sleep at night.
