I have tried a few different sites and have decided to quit after being in Elite- the worst one out there. It barely shows any matches whatsoever. I was successful with Match.com because at least they show you people when you feel like looking. Elite is so restrictive you might as well just torch the money. Personally, the Facebook dating App is better. You can see if you have friend connections so safer. Plus you can creep them. Lol Go back to common friend and then find their name! Good luck everyone.

All they do is steal money from consumers! Don't waste your time on filling in your profile, especially if you are a man - 80% of women profiles are either fake or outdated.
Elitesingles feels like a ghost town: no messages, downright odd matches with no photos. Surely I wanted to cancel. And I thought I did but I was mistaken: last month they charged my credit card again. Now it looks like I have to mail or fax to Belgium. I'm sure you don't need all this crap, so just stay away from EliteSingles!

Cancelling automatic renewal of an Elite Singles subscription is made difficult if not impossible. One is required to send a letter, no e mail, to Germany - all under the flimsy explanation of getting excellent customer service. I even found the original amount blocked again on my account for "future transactions"
I suggest to cancel the debit or credit card used for the transaction and get a replacement card with a new number - much easier than entering into impossible discussions with thieves

Do not get the premium plan! I had contact with a grand total of 8 people 4 of them were scammers. I deleted my profile in less than a month, but they refuse to refund me for the other 5 months.

Very scant search results and very stupid matching algorithms! Bogus charges all the time, this month they charged another £120 from my cc for auto renewal after I had removed my account! Customer service is absolutely worthless. Stay away from this con site. There are bunch of normal sites, where you can spend less and get more. Women are absolutely unresponsive and inactive on EliteSingles. Is this what you call elite?!

Their trap is auto-renewal. They put you on automatic subscription without authorization. Once you have given them your bank info, you got in these con artists' trap. There is no point in getting involved with these fraudsters putting your money at risk! I have never had such problems with other dating sites, but Elitesingles is a plain rip off to avoid at all costs!
Instead of someone " elite" I just came across many scammers with photos of sexy girls stolen from Instagram. Of course, they were just interested in my money. Don't waste your time on fakes, scammers and just highly materialistic pretentious women on Elitesingles.

Same as all the other trash websites. 90% of the matches were hours away and this site does advertise itself as people with degrees. This is a flat out lie. Most of the people here are not educated and have no degrees. The interaction is rough and shoddy. They could have at least tried. Customer service actually told me that the distance is not miles, but kilometers, which was changed by another service rep after I complained. Minimum search radius id 50 miles. Yeah, who wants to drive 50 miles for a date, give me a break. Over 50% have no photos and another large percentage were not what I would call compatible. Stay away, this site is no different than Mach, absolute trash!

I met the love of my life on the first date from Elite Singles. Yay! I thought I had turned off auto-renewal. I guess not; 6 months later, I am charged $269.70 for another 6 months. If Elite Singles operates honestly, they would make it easy and clear to manage your subscription. Also, if a renewal happened that wasn't wanted, they would reverse the charges if they were contacted in the first 72 hours. Elite can plainly see I have not been active since 10/2019. Deceptive practices. They hide behind email "support." There is no phone number to call to talk to a person. Buyer beware!

My name is Darryl C. Evans. To many scams. A lot of members with no photo. Try getting a refund. They don't mention you can only apply for a refund within 72 hours. A lot of non-members, tell how they found a love partner. Then they have a friend whom saw you profile, and her is her info. I've only been on this site for 8 days, this happen (6) times, and yesterday. Complained about it, we are working on it. Proof of purchased: Webster Bank $184.89, payed to: Elite Single, Wilmington, UT. On 8/01/2002. I don't do Social Media..

Waste of time and money. They actually put a collection agency on to me to claim the renewal subscription fee for a service I maybe accessed a dozen times, and didn't touch for months prior to renewal or since. There are few educated people, less genuine people and plenty of scammers. They even tell you a scammer made contact... 6 weeks after the event. And still chase your renewal subscription fee via international debt collectors when you choose to never use the site again because of fake profiles and online fraud. The advertising completely misrepresents their actual stock of potential matches, and complete lack of suitably intelligent matches.

So I filled out my profile in a very thoughtful manner. My Christian faith is the most important thing in my life. Every opportunity to include that, I did. So the first "matches" I get, not from men but from Elite Singles? The one's they gave 92% and 97% and such match rates with me? Within an hour?

No offense, but Jewish, 2 Non-Religious, 2 Other, etc...? Again no offense. But none of them are my "match", just as I'm not their's! I have nothing against their faith. But I am looking for someone who shares my passion for mine. It's none of one's that Elite Singles thought were good matches!

This website is riddled with fake profiles. I suspect it is more for data mining its customer base's personal information for sale to 3rd parties than anything else. It claims to solicit feedback then fails to provide a means to do so. Will not answer questions put to customer service. Claims made about #of educated singles are total BS. STAY AWAY!

A total waste of effort and time. Why they ask for your preferences is unknown. Distance preferences is totally ignored and I found the promise of professional members was certainly not true.
The website and AP do not synchronize.
Customer service is very scanty and impersonal, everything handled through email communication. I took lots of time to complete my profile, most of the male member profiles were barely completed and more than 60% had no photos.
I would not recommend this site for anyone looking for a meaningful connection. A huge disappointment.
