My products were always shipped in a timely manner. Also, the website is extremely user friendly as compared to some websites I've purchased hairpieces from.
I tried to buy this unit before, however all colors were sold out. So, I signed up to be emailed when the color I wanted was back in stock. They emailed me about the wig when it was back in stock as promised, and that was the only message I received from them; no spam. Fair price. Love the parting space. I got color SR1b/30 and the color is a little off, but it is still beautiful. Super soft lace. I Ordered Wednesday evening 4/19 and received the following Monday 4/24 with standard shipping, so very reasonable shipping time. Hair is soft with a natural sheen and some shedding, but nothing extreme. Full disclosure, I have not customized it or worn it out yet, these are my first impressions just from the time I tried it on the house. Overall, I am pleased. Might even buy another one in 1B.
I purchased a bobbi boss wig which simply never arrived. I live in France but it's been more than 2 weeks and no information about my order, still waiting...

I ordered the Sof Kinx unit in Dark Hazelnut. The color and highlights were extremely spot on and it blends so well even I can't tell the difference. I have to pull spots to see if it's my hair or the unit! I love it!

This is my first time buying from here and I have no complaints. The hair arrived faster than I expected and it looks exactly like the hair I saw in the video. I haven't used the hair yet but I did take it out the package and it feels really soft.
Wig was of bad quality. Tried to call for a refund with no answer. Customer service was not good at all. I hate the fact that customer has to Pay for returns.

The hair is fabulousssss! I love it sooo much. I've always wanted dreads but wouldn't loc my natural hair... I saw a girl on social media with the NU loc and I immediately went on Elevate styles and made my purchase of 6 packs because the hair looked so natural. I have my reservations when it comes to ordering hair online but this type does not sell in Canada unfortunately. I can't stop stressing how I love the hair lol! Its perfect for protective styles, quick and easy, also looks and feels great! You must buy, trust me you won't regret if it's the natural look you're going for.

I receive my order very quickly and the product are just amazing...
The wig was beautiful. Exceeded my expectations and much nicer then many I have purchased from wig shops. The only thing I received an incomplete order. I ordered a stocking cap to wear under the wig and one was offered as a gift. Neither was enclosed. But again, I'm very satisfied with the wig.
The shipping was fast, got it in three days! The color of the wig was poppin and the style was just like I wanted it
