I purchased a 60$ wig Sensationel swiss lace frontal Rachel. It was supposed to be a human hair hybrid mix. The whole wig was cheap plastic that did not hold a curl and was very frizzy straight out the box. This was my first time trying this company will not order again. Also shipping took longer than other websites I have used.

I ordered and everyday wigs and all the additional items that come with it. In fact I ordered two everyday wigs, another of the same style but a fun hair color, and all the accouterments. I paid for the entire package and I also paid additional money for 2 day shipping. I'm expecting to hear something from the company but after two days I didn't hear anything. I find out after sending an email to customer service they were back ordered and I wouldn't be receiving what I ordered in time. My problem was that I was charged for all these items that were not in stock on my credit card which is a hassle to have refunded. I feel that they should make sure the items are in stock and ready to ship before you are charged. I was really looking forward to my new look and it turned out to be a fruitless hassle where I tied up my money for nothing and wasted time.
