1st off I was a new customer. I placed order on Monday morning@ 9:30 and Tuesday evening I contacted customer service as the status from getting ready had yet to change in over 24 hrs although the item was in stock. I was advised by customer service my order would ship on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, I received an email stating my address could not be verified, mind you this is over 72 hrs later. I replied via email to correct address information, I was told the item would ship shortly. I called back on Friday as the order status had not changed still not shipped. I contacted customer service who then advised me again the address needed to be updated, after advising the address had already been updated; I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes and was told shipping department had advised the item will in fact be shipped as of Friday. I must say this was a horrible experience for me as this purchase was something I needed expeditiously and being the item was in stock, I would have never thought it would take 4 days to process and ship when an item is in stock. I will never purchase from this site again

My purchase was in good condition when I got it, and came during the expected time. Also, I liked the shipment tracking to keep me informed on where my purchase will be.
Ordered the w ig 4/30. There were only sprigs of 30 underneath hair. None on front. Not very pleased with that. The hair is full. Looked afro like in description more of a curl.

The service at Elevate Styles was great. I liked how they showed a map in tracking to show exactly where your package was. Unfortunately the wig was too small. After paying $9.00 to have it shipped, I wasn't going to pay to send it back plus lose the initial $9.00.

Full of body no shedding. I personally left out my natural hair around my edges for a more real look and this is a perfect first wig for me. Doesn't look "wiggy" at all which is also a plus. The price was right; just need to see the duration of the life of this wig.

I live in Ireland and it did not take a week for the wigs to be delivered. One of the wigs was not as soft as I thought it would be and I'm kind of skeptical that it might tangle alot and not last long, but that's yet to be seen. They both look good and for the price they are worth it.
