The hair is just EXTREMELY thick and not in a good way. It's a type of wig you REALLY have to do your own work to and it shouldn't be like that.
The shipping was pretty fast considering that i'm from spain. The quality of the wig is amazing. The texture is so fluffy and the curls so natural, it's like my own hair but much much better, so it's looks perfect.

I love them, the texture is so beautiful! I cant decribe how much it fits me! Alothouth my head is a little big and i first was afraid it wont fit me but it did! Even the shipping cost were not so expencive to germany then the other websites thats what i liked also about elevate style that the shipping cost werent so high! And the shipped really really quick!

I ordered the hair on a Friday late morning and had it in my hand Monday afternoon, which was ahead of schedule and fast! I also appreciate their low, flat shipping rate, not always the very lowest but close. This is the FIRST and LAST time I will make a purchase from this business. I purchased a Beshe wig unit and I love their brands. So, to be told that just because the merchandise is defective or 'buyers remorse' was not a good reason to expect the company to pick up the cost of the return and refund the full purchase price without imposing a restocking fee is beyond 'good business' practices. I mean really... I received the unit and the front of the wig was frizzy and straight in sections and appeared to be warn or poorly packaged. Customer service blamed the supplier and could not offer any more than that. When I asked if they could at least pick up the cost of the return, I was told that it was there policy to go through the RAM process. Thank goodness I only ordered one unit. Stay away folks... as long as your order arrives in perfect condition you have no worries, but if there is a problem you could be left with a little less money in your pocket and a bad experience.
This was my fisrt time shopping at elevate styles. I am pleased with my purchase so far. I plan to order again in the future.
