Bought a wig that looked nothing like the picture. Tried to return it and had nothing but trouble. They wanted me to pay return shipping and they also wanted to take a restocking fee. Why am I being penalized so harshly, or at all, for their false advertising.
Deeply disappointed and will not purchase from them again.

It's a synthetic wig, so keep that in mind. It will tangle and matte with daily use. However, the color is great, the lace is decent and the length is good.
I tweezed the part and added pressed powder to it for a realistic look.
Love the style. The part could be much better but over all it looks nice. The hair does have a "wiggy" look to it that can be changed with a flat iron

The lace wig did not come in the box. By the time it travelled the journey from the USA to London England it was out of shape. Plus it was not what I ordered. Very bad service.

I had a package that is being sited as delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I have called elevate styles they were EXTREMELY rude about the situation. The customer service reps ( which there were 2) treated me worse than I would great a piece of trash in the street. I called postal service and no one wants to take responsibility for the mishandling of this situation. Needless to say I will not go back to them ever again. And all that can be said to me as a first time customer is the package says delivered there is nothing that we can do, and again be rude. That lets me know elevate styles does not care about their customers or the experience the customer has.
Great hair. Gets better over time. My stylist used 2.5 packs and I still think that was a bit much but after awhile I've grown to love it. Almost had it in for 5 weeks
