My experience with ElevateStyles was fantastic! Customer service was always prompt and courteous! Shipping took a little long, but considering where it was shipped to, it was still great! Also, they sent 3 of the wrong items and responded immediately and took care of the error. A++

It was a good experience ordering online but, when my package arrived all the hair bags wasn't clamped closed and some of the wig conditioner foam had leaked out.

Shipping was timely and the product was just as expected. I will definitely order from the site again.

Dois aspectos que considero ruim são: Nem sempre é possível encontrar a cor da lace wig que deseja no estoque e sendo uma cliente nova tive um pouco de dificuldade em saber como encontrar o "tracking code".

I received my order in about two days. I was able to track its location via the tracking number provided which gave me comfort that my order was on the way. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the unit (u-part style wig). It came in a natural blowout look and pressed to "bone straight" with very little heat! Awesome overall experience!

This was my first time ordering from this site and I was very pleased, I ordered my hair Monday morning around 8am, I received it Tuesday around 11am, so happy with the service, You do need to restock often, I advised other family members but u were all out of the wigs they wanted. I'm really impressed with your customer service and turn around rate. I placed my order on 16th May and it was delivered 19th May. I haven't had a chance to wear the hair but the texture and quality is awesome! Very soft and manageable. I'm going to take it to my stylist to cut and shape and then will post pics. I've never had a bad experience with Elevate styles... I always get my items quickly and they are always in perfect condition. They carry the Best styles at good affordable prices. It doesn't matter what unit you're looking for, I'm pretty sure they will have it. Will continue to shop here.

The wig looked nothing like the picture. I am wearing it upside down for fullness and curls. I was very disappointed.

I can't review my actual purchase just yet (I purchased a wig, but I'm currently wearing Marley twists), but the ordering process was smooth and my package arrived in 2 or 3 days!

I absolutely love my unit the only con that I have about it is it does shed a lot but other than that the customer service was a plus shipping was fast I will buy again
