This was my first time buying an everyday wear wig. Elevatestyles made it nice and simple. Their customer service is amazing (on the ordering end). They called to verify my address before shipment, what a novel idea. My package arrived in 2 days- something I am grateful for.

This my 1st time ordering from ElevateStyles. Shipping was very quick. Ordered on a Monday received my package on Thursday. I was bit nervous as my ordered stated ship but I never received my tracking number, called customer service and my surprised they advised my order has been delivered. My unit was just what I had expected. Will be ordering again.

I have long hair naturally so wearing the shorter wigs are fun because I do not have to cut my own natural hair short.

I received my faux locks in 2 days! Even after I entered the wrong address they reached out to me and still got my order out fast.

This was my first ordering experience with ElevateStyles. I received the order in a timely manner, loved their state by state tracking system, the wigs were as expected. One wig, I don't care for, but it is no fault of the company. I found the wig selection to be average as comparable to other websites. Overall, a positive experience and the wigs were package nicely and of good quality.

Every time i went into my local hair stores, the hair i wanted was sold out! I found the exact same product on here and I bought 2 and it was still cheaper then what I pay inside the store! I have nothing negitive to say!

I found the fiber very rough and chose the model precisely because it was informed that it was very soft and natural. The color also seems to me darker than it showed on the screen, at the end, a little sad with the product.If there is a possibility of exchange I would be very happy

My items came in about 3 days, well packaged. Hair was clean as well. This is my second time using elevate styles. I wish there was flat shipping option or free shipping at $45. I'm likely to spend more with less shipping cost
