I was very skeptical about ordering online even though the videos for the Micro Locs were giving rave reviews. The order process was simple, better on a tablet vs a phone when I was trying to see the colors. The hair arrived on time and in great conditon. My stylist loved it, she never used this brand before and will order more for other customers. It is light, soft, and looks natural. The colors I ordered were better than photographed in the order selection. I am one week into the style and loving it more and more.
