Very much satisfied with online ordering from Electrical bargaining

Purchased some fixtures online, they took my money, and than emailed me 4 days later to tell me the lights were discontinued, and my order was on hold. ( which means they keep the money and I have to pick more lights from them, after many calls and getting the runaround and attitude from " alexis" I finally had to call my credit card company to get money back, really a bad experience, not worth using this company!

Materials were to have shipped within 4 to 6 business days then it was 14. It finally shipped almost a month later. Had to ask for multiple updates very poor communication on the companies part.

I was able to purchase the same alarms that I had installed 14 years ago. Your prices were fantastic compared to Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot and even Walmart. Your delivery time was also acceptable.

The smoke detector I ordered was shipped immediately after the order, it arrived sooner than expected and was a perfect direct replacement for the unit being replaced.

The light is the one that fits the space but it does not dim down the way the orginal ones do. Instead when they are very low it just goes off, which makes it looks like ti is burned out.

The reason I ordered from Electric Bargain Store was that the website said they had the product, in stock, ready to ship. It took OVER A MONTH to get here. Had I known that, I would have ordered elsewhere.

Always seem to have the product I need at a very competitive price.
Am a bit disappointed in the notifications of shipping. I often have to check on shipping and delivery.

After I ordered Tapered baffles and trim, instead of sending me the actual part, they sent me the retrofit kit. They didn't work and now I am being charged return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I have now got BBB and Credit card company involved to get full refund. Their Customer Service is the most unprofessional and un-knowledgable I have ever dealt with. Don't use them.

Couldn't find a bridging smoke detector on the A place but found it here. (Extends a wired smoke alarm system to units added in the basement wirelessly.) Arrived in a few days.

I bought 5 smoke detectors to replace my old ones. Easy to order. Great price, cost a lot less than at local stores. Order arrived a day earlier than expected. Easy to install.

The description of the item I purchased did not match the picture shown on the website. I was able to return the item. However, I did have to pay for return shipping.

We needed replacement glass for exterior recessed lighting. We received the replacement glass pieces and they were just what we needed! It really looks nice!

I paid for a new Kidde unit that is supposed to last ten years. I received a unit with a bad battery and was nonfunctional. I contacted the seller for help with a replacement or refund and they never responded to my emails. I definitely don't recommend this seller at all.
