My story goes back a year ago Feb 2017. I purchased 10 LED ( Juno Warm dim) lights 4 light switches to control the the LED lights total $3500. I installed the LED's lights all went well but upon installing them I noticed that one of the diffusers was cracked contacted Customer service they sent me out a new diffuser. About 7 months (Oct 2017) after install I had one of the LED's quite working contacted customer service again. This time it was a totally different experience. I waited over about 3 weeks before I contacting again. When I did I received an email stating they where waiting on manufacturer but product should ship with in the next 5-7 business days, in which it did. When I received the product it was the wrong one based in the manufactures label. I contacted them again with photos of the wrong labeling/ wrong light. When I did my install of my lighting I changed my layout which left me with an extra light. I used in place of the one I sent back for warranty repair/ exchange. Upon installing it it never worked it would not turn off. Contacted customer service again requesting another RMA number which was finally issued after explaining the issue. So now I have two lights in for warranty repair. ( if you are still reading at this point congards this is where it gets real interesting and why I gave them FIVE 5 stars but is was not easy for them to get the 5 starts). They sent out two more lights that where according to the label. Wrong lights again now we are into Jan 2018. I sent an email explaining the whole issue and what my next steps where going to be. Come late Jan early Feb 2018 I received a call, I let the repetitive have it. I explained the whole thing to him and told him if I did have my lights by the follwing Monday I was proceeding with the actions laid out in the email which he know what was included in the email, in our conversation we agreed that Valentines day would be an acceptable for delivery. He also agreed he would personally look into and let me know what was going on with the lights and that he would personally check the lights before be shipped to me. Can you guess what was in the box that they received the wrong lights. So he contacted he manufacture to find out what was going on it turns out that the manufacture had labeled all the the lights wrong. So Electricbargainstores.com went over and beyond by issuing me a small refund on the lights. So the reason for the 5 starts is that they did every thing they could do to make sure I had the correct lights and that I was happy. After all that was done I found my self needing more light switches and yes I did buy from them again.
