I gave 5 stars because after an initial screw up by electricbargainstores, I contacted them, and they promptly sent me pre-paid return postage so i could send back the incorrect item, and they shipped me the correct one. They fixed their shipping mistake quickly and correctly so that deserves 5 stars.
I built a new house in 2012 and 2013 and bought a LOT of track and lighting fixtures from ElectricBargainStores then, and more fixtures over the past year. I like the website - it is easy to search and compare. Other sites have some items, but EBS has a very complete selection and the pricing is the best I could find on the web. Before I placed the big order, I tried some sample orders from 4 different sites. I had problems and slow service from several of the others, but EBS has always been the best - prompt delivery, a real human you can call for customer service, great prices and easy to work with. After 5 years of doing business with them, this is the one place I really trust - keep-up the good work!
The prices at electricbargainstores.com were the best I could find. When one of the items I order wasn't available for an extended period of time I was offered either a no penalty cancellation or an expedited delivery on the later item. Because timing was important, I chose to cancel and order elsewhere. The other items arrived on schedule, well packed and with traceable shipping.
These guys are great! I originally purchased the item at a different online site and they had to order them from the manufacturer before they could send it to me. Special ordered two Juno down lights. I've never purchased anything from the electricbargainstores but few other sites offered this particular model. Having never done business with EBS made me a little uneasy, but I was happy to find any source at all for these lights. My concerns were short-lived. Their website made shopping easy, the price was very competitive and communications were excellent regarding receipt of my order and timing of the shipment. I couldn't be more pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from EBS in the future.

We are in the process of building a new house and needed dimmer switches that were not part of the electrical contract. I have used the Lutron Maestro series in the past and searched the internet. Electricbargainstores.com had the best pricing so I placed a half order with them just to make sure I received what was ordered. After placing an order I received an email within 24 hours explaining a few items would be back-ordered by about a week and was given the option to cancel. I chose to wait for the out-of stock items. The in-stock items shipped immediately and arrived within a few days. The back-ordered items came, sure enough, about a week later.
Got to live chat first with an associate and ask my questions away and after I proceeded to purchase carbon monoxide alarm. It was easy peasy I received my alarm and installed it all by myself.
