I ordered a ladder and tools for an Upnorth project. Got a great price, excellent quality, they paid shipping and I received the product the next day. Great Company to do business with.

“SCAM - They sent me a retro-fit part instead of the actual part - Now I am charged shipping and 25%”

After I ordered Tapered baffles and trim, instead of sending me the actual part, they sent me the retrofit kit. They didn't work and now I am being charged return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I have now got BBB and Credit card company involved to get full refund. Their Customer Service is the most unprofessional and un-knowledgable I have ever dealt with. Don't use them.
