Was in need of 4" cam light bezels and Electric Bargain had a great selection. I found one perfect from Juno that matched my kitchen decor at a great price. Will definitely be back for lighting when I tackle my bathroom remodel. Thanks!

I ordered some specialty Halo light fixtures that would have taken 4-6 weeks through a well know home remodel store. Electric Bargain Store had them to me in less than 10 days.

On the website it said 3-5 days and took longer than 2 weeks I think. But I did get it.

Was easy to locate what I needed, ordering online on their site was simple. Received quickly. Will order again for my needs.

Ordered a set of six to replace some older ones. They arrived in good order and featured some newer, common-sense features (you can now replace the batteries from the "front" rather than having to unplug them from the wires and take it off the mount to replace them in the back).

We needed to replace our smoke alarms (4 of them). I ordered one initially to be sure I had the right brand. The smoke alarm arrived in record time. I then ordered the other 3...again perfect replacement and perfect unbelievably fast service. Thanks!

Looking to replace existing smoke detectors to match the others without having to replace them all, could not find them at HD, Lowes or Amazon, but found them here. So don't have to call an electrician to rewire, just take down and replace.

EBS had what I needed at a very reasonable price, usually lower than others. Package arrived on time and in good shape. Received what I ordered. I have ordered from EBS in past and will continue to do so!

I paid double the price for the same items I was able to get on Amazon. It took over a month to get. I got the ones from Amazon in a week. Your return policy is horrible. Amazon allows returns no questions asked.

Upon original order, no confirmation email was received. Weeks later I saw the credit card was charged at time of order, but no product or email was yet received. I called Customer Service and asked for status. They said the order would ship soon, and they would send email, but I never received email.

I did receive the product within a week after calling, and the product works fine.

My order came in ta timely order but was broken in places. When I text the company they wanted pictures and a statement about box damage so they could charge the deliver company. But there was no package damage. Still, my order was broken in a few places.

I only saw that my order went through by my CC, no invoice received into my email. And no follow up emails in regards of my order. When my order arrived, I still do not have any invoice. I would like to have that please.

I ordered a smoke detector which would match the broken smoke detector I installed twenty years ago. The new smoke detector arrived on time and was a perfect fit for the old installation. I'm a happy customer william knight.

I ordered a 110v item from their website- It was discontinued. They recommended a specific replacement - although "not returnable" I trusted them. Turns out it was 12v and not compatible. They would not take it back. Then wanted to sell me a transformer " to make it right. Totally wouldn't work. They argued with me over several emails. Lost $200.

It was easy to order. But takes awhile to receive your merchandise. We were satisfied with the product we ordered.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact alarm I needed! I went from a FireX to a Kidde. I've already installed 3 of them-2 to go! Service was great and items were shipped almost immediately. Thanks so much!

The staff is quick in responding to emails usually within one hour. Great help in answering questions and will be placing another order very soon. Highly recommend this company.

My experience was quick and easy. I needed eight smoke detectors that matched. After searching box stores I found them here. Best part, saved us some money.
