Took longer to ship due to being backordered, not mentioned on website, nor at ordering. Great prices, however.
I requested to return items and I was told that someone would contact me aboput the return. I followed up twice, and never got a response.
This was a seamless transaction! It was a good price and was shipped early. Would definitely purchase from this store again.
This was the best price I was able to find and the light trim arrived in perfect condition. I also reached out to customer service at one point to get tracking info and they responded within minutes. I will definitely buy here again.
Placed order 11/12. Shipped on their carrier of choice and never delivered. Will not send replacement or refund! These people are crooks and thieves. Do no do business with them!
However I did not receive my two amplifiers. I ordered them but I did not receive them.

I have one bad Smoke/CO. The unit flashes yellow them beeps every minute. I will need to send back for return or replacement.

Check out says items will ship in 3-5 business days. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. That was 16 days ago and my order has still yet to ship.
