Be aware! After I got a new domain, someone from Elagoon Digital calling me again and again claim they can do webdesign for everything. I refused to do anything. In December 2017, they send email to me about Christmas discount for a new webdesign. I was busy to handle everything by myself. Just make a try. The company is from India.The company claim can do everything, I just need a very simple database in my existing website. The person said it could complete in about 3 weeks including new web design. But when doing details, they keep telling me it is much much harder than what was initial requirement. The price will be much higher than what initially said. So far it cost three month, I did not see anything yet. I just give up whatever I paid. Be aware of this India company.
Elagoon Digital is such a relief from bad web development companies. I called them for my food business. I wanted to stay above my close competitors. They proposed me a plan, which made me think. After a few months I was really happy about the end result.
It has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. Proposal and first payment in mid-April 2017, full payment by September 2017. I am on the 4th account manager and waiting to have site put online. Credentials for hosting supplied back in October 2017. Difficult to get answers or responses for weeks at a time.
I can definitely NOT recommend this outfit to anyone. Hopefully, I will eventually get something out of this...
When it came time to go live, they tried to meet the deadline working around the clock without being asked. I was completely satisfied with the end result and had no complaints. The account manager kept me updated with all the steps involved in my project.

Been calling me every day for a month now trying to sell me website design. Just how trustworthy can a company that cold calls you and hides behind a private number?
Getting really fed up with their daily calls, asked them several times not to call again, but they just keep calling every day. It's plain harassment and should not be legal.
I certainly wouldn't give them any money and support those practices.
Company spam calls everybody who registers a new domain trying to sell their wares with no prior research. Seriously why would a website and graphic design company want to pay an overseas company to design their own website?

They had over a year and a half and couldn't complete projects (they said 4 months) or they were not qualified to do so. I paid in full. If I didn't go some place else I would have never got it done. They would have kept on working on it, but time=money so why? There is absolutely no management there to project manage. Go somewhere else. I finally went to xoomwebsolutions.com and got it done.
Elagoondigiatl and elagoonstudio are fraud and scam, and bunch of cold callers. They haven't made any web sites for the clients, all of the portfolio is fake and without real links to any existing working web sites

Elagoon Digital has dozens and dozens of positive reviews on sitejabber.com. It is VERY obvious that Elagoon Digital is a company that scams and defrauds people. I won't go into my story with them, but assure you that they are some of the worst out there. They blast their victims phone numbers with high frequency robo calls. Day in and out, night in and out. When talking with them, they pretend to be a legitimate company, while it is VERY apparent that they are scammers and spammers. A true disgrace for sitjabber to even offer them a platform to deceive those reading reviews. All the positive reviews on sitejabber are fake, it is easy to spot if you read through them. Is their any law enforcement that stops those types of companies?

These people spam call domain registration technical contacts. It's illegal in the US but they don't care. This is a scam company. Their client list has many apparently fake clients -- they don't list any identifying information other than logos and generic names that sound made up.
Their US offices are addresses of apartment buildings.

Extremely aggressive salesman who will promise just about anything to get your money, then they didn't deliver. When I requested to speak to management/customer service they ended up terminating my account. I seriously doubt their positive reviews are genuine as they placed very favourable reviews on my web site from individuals to whom I have never dealt with or know. Unless you want to end up writing a review like this, take this seriously.
