These people spam call domain registration technical contacts. It's illegal in the US but they don't care. This is a scam company. Their client list has many apparently fake clients -- they don't list any identifying information other than logos and generic names that sound made up.
Their US offices are addresses of apartment buildings.
"Wow!" The logos were creative, fast and at a price that can't be beat. Thank you so much! I get nothing but complements on my logos, it's amazing!"
Unsolicited calling bots called as soon as I launched my website. I don't know how they got my number, but I did not give it to them. STAY AWAY.

I received a cold call one afternoon from Elagoon and initially wasnt willing to listen. But there was a gentle persuasion from the other end asking me to listen and I gave in. That one call turned out to be the best business decision I could have taken. They rebuilt my existing website that ranks well on Google and brings me good business. The entire process was good as Shane kept me informed about the development process and I made the final payment after I got the new site. Thanks Shane & your team!
I consider myself a bit choosy as nothing satisfies me easily. I was not sure if Elagoon could deliver me the best logo for my business. However, all my prejudices were shattered when I got the first delivery of six sample logos. I loved them all. I must agree that Elagoon is the only logo designing company that can satisfy all human minds. Amazing! Great work indeed! I will surely come back to you guys.
Just had a call from a very rude telemarketer working for eLagoon. Jason, as he calls himself, I'm sure there are a lot of men in India named Jason, felt that he did not have to check the Do Not Call list before calling a number, nor did he have to look at the notes from the woman who called yesterday (who I had the same discussion with). Evidently he feels that being rude, yelling, and saying he does not have to abide by the law is a good way to entice prospective customers. I just filed a report, not that anything will come of it. While looking up the number, I see no less than 40 people complaining about this same company over the past 2 days...

Complete Crooks, take your money and never do anything, constant harressment to sign up but when I paid nothing happened. Couldn't get hold of them, wouldn't answer my calls.
And THEN, one of their telephone scammers phoned me to sell me more. When I explained that I had already paid for a site and have been trying to talk to them THEY HUNG UP
