I waited 2 years for them to ship my order and they never did. After I complained to customer service they cancelled it. Never doing that again. Buy from a name you trust, not these internet clowns. They don't know how to fulfill orders or take criticism. They really suck.

I ordered an item in February and after 7 months I still have not recieved it. I asked for a refund and they told me it was nonrefundable. They straight up stole my money. I am now going through the hassle of filing a BBB complaint. Avoid this place if you don't want to be robbed.

**Update** When ordering the items I was given the impression that they were in stock and the company is still giving that impression. Apparently they have an F rating with the BBB and have not responded to a single complaint. This is a mask selling scam and I have reported it to the FTC.

I ordered some PPE from EIO in March 2020, which was on back order. After waiting a month, I emailed to EIO to inquire how the order was progressing, and was told they were only getting small shipments and to wait a while. I waited another 5 months, before inquiring a second time. My final request suggested that if the product was not expected anytime soon, to please cancel my order. No ETA was supplied, and my order was cancelled. REFUND WAS 90% OF AMOUNT PAID. I waited half a year, they provided no expected ship date, and then held back 10% of my payment 'per their policy'.
So - beware - they may not ship and will still take 10% of your money.
