I never got my masks for months, never got replies for months, and EIO kept my money for months. I filed complaints to FTC, California Attorney General, and BBB after reading that it was a repeating event affecting many others. Seller info needed for filing complaints against EIO. Com is available by visiting "businesssearch. Sos. Ca. Gov". Click on "New Search", search for "Electronic Inventory Online". (EIO, INC is NOT "eio. Com").
EIO. COM is registered with
ID: C*******
Name: ELECTRONIC INVENTORY ONLINE, INC.
Jurisdiction: CALIFORNIA
Entity Type: DOMESTIC STOCK. I received the refund AFTER filing a complaint with California Office of Attorney General (CA OAG) on its website and also with US Federal Trade Commission (US FTC) on its website. I confirmed my statements after receiving statements from the CA OAG and a call from US FTC informing that EIO will be asked to produce evidence of accurately displaying the product status on their website prior to sale, of clearly and accurately describing actions to be taken for items becoming out-of-stock, of diligently taking actions to minimize sufferings for consumer payers who were either misled or deceived by EIO website upon its failure to fulfill the order, etc. I received the refund without any statement, then was asked to tell the Business Law Enforcement agencies such as CA OAG that EIO addressed the issue by providing a refund without any questions asked. I declined to answer as EIO seemed to believe that absence of response is a reasonable action. I will share screen captures and photos of the mail from CA OAG via Youtube and Instagram if this review gets removed again. EIO ran to Canada by moving its business registration when I checked a while later, but it seems to be back in California now (in US and California jurisdiction again).
