Guys are a joke. I bought a Nokia 6 from european stock and I discovered it is CN Version (TA-1054). I had asked and had told me "International Version" Bands were completely wrong! Installed Rom was a customized OLD rom, of 7.1 for which you could not update! Even if you buy from European stock, if you are unsatisfied (because you discovered that they lie about the supported bands), they ask you to return it to China and pay for the return fee and whatever else they will discover they need to add (restocking fee). Additionally they do not allow you to write review. You try and you get "server error"!. I think posted reviews are fake. Beware!

Be very careful with this fraudulent and dishonest website. You pay for an article and they wont send you anything, Besides there will be no communication at all! We have decided to file a complaint and proceed legally with Chinese authorities, so that this type of thieves can be sued and cannot continue stealing and cheating people internationally with impunity on the online and on a regular basis. In the meantime, we will also launch an internet campaign to report permanently this fraudulent website and help to prevent eventual future buyers of electronic products to fall into the Efox trap. Efox = Efraude!

I want to give them zero star, but i can't, there is a company who doesn't respond to the questions with correct responses, is just: we asked the shipping company please wait for the responses form the shipper.

Do not louse your money ordering from this shop.

I got a UMIDIGI smartphone from EFOX's Spain store in September 2018. In November it started to have screen problems!
I got in touch with EFOX that demanded your shipment to China! It was only in May, after dozens of emails, that the device had not been repaired and had been "destroyed." I insisted on the guarantee and then they sent me, from Germany (!), An identical cell phone only that is a piece of GARBAGE! Came with the support of damaged SIM cards, with several scratches on the screen and PIN BLOCKING in German! In addition it had the screen protective film mounted upside down and full of small wood splinters underneath (!). I have protested and, so far, NOTHING! CROOKS...

I bought Umidigi telephone in Efox shop last year. Only a few months later the display of telephone stop working. After I contacted Efox for warranty they suggest me to send telephone to China service - that was in the beginning of January 2018. They advised that I need to send it by Regular Post service (?!) on my costs of course. It took 2 months that the phone arrived to China. One week later they contacted me that I need to pay additional 20 for shipping costs. I paid. Now it is end of August and I still have not received the phone back. I contacted them many times and the answer was always the same - "Be patient, we will arrange it..., you will receive tracking number soon, etc.". They also declined to return the money for lost phone. So I think that they are very unprofessional and in my case they also cheat me not only for the price of phone but also for additional amount of money. I highly recommend - do not buy in this shop... I bought a Zuk Z2 and after a month it stopped charging. I was only using the original one. Tried many and the same result.

When i tried to contact them i got no response for weeks. After paypal dispute, they finally answered. So i payed 38 to send the device to China. After 2 months they can't find my parcel in their warehouse. Really?
And because of that they offered me a used device? In god knows what condition or 120 efox Coupon. I payed 205 for the device plus postage.
So now after i told them only a new unit is acceptable or a full refund of the price i payed - also considering i already lost 38, they will probably go silent. So if you're tempted to buy something on Efox - take me advice and don't. A horrible attitude and a non existing after sale service.

I think they should be barred from making business in Europe. A disgrace.

This company buys and resell (the majority of their products!) a refurbished and discontinued products, so if you bought something from them a "faulty" product, forget about getting any help...!
If the item is "faulty", they have someone there specially that his/her job is to "wear" you out...! (Discourage you, tier you)!
They go by the name "GUE" or "WEN"...!
This company is here to make profit and money...!
They will do whatever it takes to do just that and they could not care less about your problem...!
However, if you pay them with "PayPal", you do not have to worry...!
You do not even have to ask them to help you; you go directly to "PayPal" and ask them to dispute the transaction...!
They ("PayPal") will do the job for you... and trust me when I say this...:
THEY CAN'T "$#*!" WITH "PayPal"...!

BETTER dont buy on efox-shop...
Problems from beginn shippng till now... never ever efox-shop!

I got the mobile by post from china. During the time of transfer the data from my old mobile to the new INEW7 I came to know about the deep hidden trojan software, because with the means of my laptop I transferred the data. My laptop became infected too so that the antivirus software detected the danger.
When I confronted the efox shop customer care with this incident, they didnt wanted to help me but kept on asking again and again the same questions. Their incompetence of english language has made the situation tremendously hard. The consultation with Paypal customer protection resulted, that Paypal has no means to resolve such problems as fraud since it is a case for the police and filing a case at court.
BIG $#*! and not recommendable at all is this company, selling hardware and spying out the customer who is using the device. If my laptop wouldnt have recognized the infection, I would have gone under surveillance by chinas troyan.

Looks fraudulent to me. They have fake security seals on their page and spam also message boards. Could be a phishing site.
