Flowers look nothing like the pictures, could get bigger ones from tesco for £5, box came battered and wet. Roses came dying and other flowers came not even bloomed, shocking that they say large when there more like a xs. Would not recommend.
Easy to order but quality of delivered product is low based on damaged box and flowers with most snapped or bent.
The flowers were perfect, the delivery was the let down. They didn't turn up no update. I contacted them and I was answered promptly and new flowers sent out and came quickly.
On the day of the replacements I had texts to say when and what time which I wish I had the first time.

Another two items of the exact same ordered delivered.why has no one picked up on 3 of same item going to the same with the same message... I'm absolutely f!uming. I certainly won't be using this company again. Refund is pending with my bank.

We ordered these flowers for our Manager as she hasn't been well lately, I have received a positive feedback from my manager, she was so made up with the flowers, they arrived in bud 3 days ago and she has informed me, they look more beautiful with each day and asked for your details as she will like to use you in future, so all happy. Thank you
When you pay £48.00 for same day delivery. You expect good service. I felt like I did NOT receive the level of service I paid for. The flowers were overpriced but they were okay. Delivery wise they did NOT send me any updates, and left me questioning whether this was a legit service or not. I then received my first text at 5:45pm, although I ordered the flowers at 7am in the morning. I got home to find the flowers were already at the doorstep, My mum said that they were delivered at 2:30pm? If the delivery side of things were more organised I could've surprised my mum a little more. However after spending £48 on the whole service it wasn't much of a surprise at all and we both felt let down.
My sister in law very pleased with the flowers and chocolates ( a free gift) very good idea and she was very pleased.
All thought it was expensive they are packaged and delivered with a high standard. Quick delivery makes it perfect for the last minute present. Overall they are a very good easy to use company who delivers high quality with all their products would buy again.
I havent recieved flowers for my partners birthday. Its not his birthday anymore it defeats the purpose i specified to leave with neighbour if no one was home. There was someone home and the door bell didnt even go off? They are being difficult with a refund i wasnt in the wrong if instructions were not followed. Still awaiting refund
Really lovely quality and at a very reasonable price, the recipient was overjoyed with how the flowers looked on delivery and they were very long lasting! Definitely buying from eFlorist again
I struggled with the on-line ordering - there are a number of website glitches which were irritating to the point I was ready to give up. The flowers themselves were excellent and the delivery on-time and all in all a good buy!

Karen says thanks for the flowers but I think you have cause for complaint and need to get a refund. By the way she doesn't know I am sending this. I have had a look on their website and what they have sent doesn't resemble what is advertised. The greenery has dead leaves

I got the 50 rose bouquet and I now have a very happy and in love girlfriend, they have come out beautifully and arrived on time!
My first time for using the service and you couldn't for fill my order and the offered me a replacement that would arrive 1 or 2 days later so if honest won't be doing that again

I'm sure the flowers were beautiful, however sadly the yodel driver failed to locate the property so the recipient never received them! I also had a message to say they've been sent and received but they haven't!
Gave them a delivery date as I knew that the recipient was on holiday at the moment. The flowers were "delivered" 4 days early. The video from the door shows that the delivery person didn't even try to ring the bell, but merely threw the flowers at the front door from outside the front garden. Rubbish. Never again!
Others may be more expensive but they are so much more efficient and trustworthy.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
