Checked inventory with Rachel on 4/14/17 and told delivery would be in 1-2 weeks. Hoping to avoid same issues I had with previous order which was processed when you did not have the item in stock, or available for months from the purchase date...

Found the price of vinyl plank considerably lower than stores in my area. Free shipping was a big plus. Had a question regarding trim accessory, received quick answer from an agent online. Placed an order and waiting for it to arrive. So far, a great experience. Floors arrived quicker than the estimated time. No issues

Website is easy to navigate

Website is easy to navigate - I've been looking at this product in every store and cannot get less than $4.50/sq ft. This is a fantastic price! The math is 'exact' - other sites added 2 more boxes for the same square footage.

It was pretty painless ordering, but delivery took longer than expected (2 weeks) and that shortened the time I had to complete my project by several days. The real problem I have is the quality of the flooring planks through shipping, at least half the planks were damaged on the tabs that insert into the grooves of the mating planks. I either had to use them for end pieces or shave/modify the tabs so they could fit together.
The packaging did nothing to protect these fragile parts of the laminate.

A little trouble verifying item number for stair nose. Called service rep and resolved the issue.

Floors were scheduled as stated. Delivery was scheduled and went smoothly. All flooring was in good shape.

Would order flooring from eFloors.com again.

It was very easy to purchase your Capture Carpet Cleaner with your website. We have been using Capture carpet cleaner for many years and love the power it had in cleaning ground on dirt heavy use areas of our carpet. Just dust the powder over the bad areas, brush it in and let it sit awhile and then vacuum. I'm so glad you had it available at such a reasonable price.

Great price and shipping was pretty quick. Only complaint is lack of communication. I never received an email that my order was shipped until I called questioning when I would receive my order. I also had 1 damaged box which I called about immediately. I followed their instructions regarding getting a replacement but I have not received any communication if the replacement has been shipped?

Very easy and the price was right. However, instead of the time listed for shipping it took double the time and no one contacted me about the delay. I had to call the company to find out when my floors would be shipped. They did get back to me the following work day and advised me that it would be shipped soon. I think it was on back order but an email should have been sent advising me of the delay.

Not sure if it was our system or yours but tried to place the order multiple times on 2 different devices before getting it placed on my phone. Very frustrating!

Spoke with Efloors about the problem we encountered. The other orders were canceled without any problems. Great customer support!

Simple ordering process, but didn't receive my item for a month. Package came from a Miguel Bastos? Sample shown on website is zoomed out so far it doesn't remotely reflect what was sent. I wouldn't have bothered if it had. Thanks anyway. At least it was free.

Easy online ordering but delivery did not arrive on scheduled day. Called at the end of the day, after waiting, and said they couldn't make it. Make sure you read all the fine print. They would not allow me to return $150 of unneeded trim pieces and one of the boxes was damaged on delivery. Although it was noted on the bill of laden, I didn't reject the order nor submit a claim within the required 3 days so no recourse possible. After all said and done would have been better off going with a local vendor. Will not buy my next purchase from eFloors.

Issue with shopping cart

Issue with shopping cart- did not show my second sample request and could not change order quantity, so I ended up with a double order of samples I wanted. Home page stated no credit card required for samples, but I had to charge anyway to complete order.?

I placed my order. We were very excited to receive our new laminate flooring. They deducted the money from our account. Paid in full. Received a Email saying they didn't have the product I ordered and that the manufacturer would need to make it because it was in high demand. I took over 2 weeks to receive the flooring. I received no correspondence the whole time waiting. No sorry, here's a coupon code for your next purchase, nothing. I called back to say other Estores had it in stock. No offer to refund my money. I did receive the special they had going for free shipping and the flooring is just as advertised once received so that was a plus. I guess my complaint is just about communication and the lack of it. Make sure you verify they have your product in stock before purchase.

It was easy to order but I thought I would get an email confirm and I have not seen it yet.
I called two weeks later and was told my order was cancelled as you were out of stock.Tthis was not a good shopping experience for me at all!
The phone rep told me emails were sent but I never received any, either in my in box or my spam folder. I have gotten emails before from you with no issues.
I am waiting to see if the money I paid gets credited back to my Amex account.

I've called and asked for tile samples on 3 separate occasions and each time I was told that samples would be shipped to me. However I never received anything. I first asked for samples back in early March.

Since I mostly interested in Canyon Slate tiles I order them directly for the.99 cent option. I just wish I need about this back in March because I would have just ordered the samples. I don't appericate being repeatedly lied to on the phone by the sales staff.

Be sure I ordered the Groutless model, NOT grouted
Poor customer service/communication, late delivery of product. Delivery was postponed 3 times, and efforts to find out where my order was went unanswered until I sent a second request.
