I ordered these candles in gold. I have them on my fireplace mantel. They are beautiful and have multiple lighting settings and a timer option when you use the remote control. They take quite a few batteries, 3 AAA each. I have not used them long enough to tell how fast they eat batteries. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. It was a great price, and the delivery was fast.

I tried to return three items on their website. It says no hassle returns. They expected me to pay more money to ship the item back then the item was worth-- they tell you to keep the merchandise and they will give you six dollar credit but then they will charge you over six dollars for shipping. They are not an honest company and their products are very low quality. I do not recommend anybody purchasing anything from this company. Whatever you buy is yours whether you like it or not because they will charge you more than the item is worth to get a return label beware and go elsewhere!
I had the worst experience ever. They sent me one return label to return a runner and a cake stand. Charged me $17 and said to put a runner and a cake stand in the same box. HOW? Please tell me how. Or they say I can pay another $17 to get a second label. Really?

I ordered three arches from efavormart and two completely broke when I tried to set them up. I took pictures and went to leave a review. Funny. I tried a few times over a couple of days and the website wouldn't let me leave reviews or stars below 3. It did let me leave a 4 star review for the one I liked though. No wonder the reviews were all spectacular when I first found the site. I thought for sure I hit the jackpot on price and quality. Turns out it's all a scam. I then looked through countless other items. They've sold millions of dollars in products and no 1 and 2 star reviews. Only 3 and above. Now I know why.
It also wouldn't let me apply for a refund through their refund section and upload photos of the damaged product.
I sent them an email and three days go by with no answer. So yesterday I tried to the chat button again. The agent said they would give me a 35% refund as a credit to the store. I said no way. It's broken and wasn't able to be used. I woke up this morning and they've issued a refund but not the amount needed.
Love all the products that I order from this company! The ring was a huge hit at the bridal show and for the baby shower.

I purchase a gift and needed to return. Efavormart wanted to charge me more money for the return shipping cost then the item was worth. They offered a 13.00 return on a 34.00 purchase and asked me to keep my item( which I do not want) their online return policy reads efavornart will furnish return shipping labels see below copy and paste from their web site!

I don't know how this company is getting such good reviews. The products are cheap and if you have to return something, you have to pay for shipping. Even if they send you the incorrect items and they give you a credit, it doesn't cover tax or shipping. Customer service has been a nightmare and ultimately unhelpful.
I will not be shopping with this vendor ever again. I ordered 9 tablecloth and only received 6. I immediately contact them and chatted with Nick H and was advised they can reship my items in 5-7 business days and If i wanted expedited shipping since my event is Saturday, I will have to pay an additional fee for their warehouse mistake. The box my item came in was not even big enough to fit 9 tablecloths. I am so disappointed because as a new event planner, I thought I found a good vendor.
I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE eFavormart is in dealing with their international suppliers! AND they say most shipments are shipped from California and that may be true since i received my items in 4 days, but i was charged for international shipping costs! I complained twice and all i get is they have no control over international taxes and duty. THAT IS A LIE, they choose not to, and i am sure they pocket this for themselves. I am too afraid to return my purchases in fear of extra costs. This is my second time ordering from them, the first time i NEVER had this issue. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Shame on them.
