I returned my earrings and received a green slip, but ended up collecting my money 15 days later past the due date. These people don't respond to texts or emails and I had to call three times to speak to a supervisor. I would definitely not recommend Edwin Novel.

I spent over 2 hours on the phone, on hold and also sent an email regarding my diamond earrings that are less than 3 years old and cannot be worn because the locking safety post and back no longer lock. I paid 200 dollars extra for these posts and backs. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do or buy so I can wear my beautiful earrings again. I was surprised to find out they are under warranty but the woman I talked to said she would check with a jeweler and call me right back but that was two days ago. I am not ready to spend two more hours holding on the phone to track her down. I believe her name was Ashley. Nobody has responded to my email either.

I needed some changes to the design. They went way and beyond to make the adjustments I was asking for. The engagement ring came out exactly how I wanted it.

Unfortunately Can't say good things about Edwin Novel Jewelry Design. Placed my Order as a Christmas present for my better half… they failed to deliver on time and blamed shipping company for it. Imagine you depended on them and end up without present on Christmas Day and stores are closed…. That's a Bad business if you can't admit and put full effort to fix it, be aware …

Precisely how I wanted it to come out. Although they told me to write a review, I was going to write one anyway about the lovely experience I had here. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Edwin Novel. They were very helpful and always responded to my emails in a timely manner, even when it was urgent. Thank you to the team for being patient with me, I know I bombarded them with emails and requests and they were ever so kind to listen. I love my new pair of ear pieces, they are stunning. First platinum purchase and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you everyone.

The engagement party was tons of fun! It was so nice and endearing to have everyone there to celebrate our love. The engagement ring was the biggest topic of discussion. You all knocked it out of the park on this one. Not only is it pure eye candy, it is very comfortable. The (now) wife is in awe, I catch her glancing at the ring every now and then. She loves the look and the feel, otherwise, she would have said no! I am a very lucky man to have met her and am very lucky to have been given the blessing which is the ring from you guys. There's something interesting about how they make these rings. I love the fact that they are constructed and forged by hand instead of machine made.
