I have a lot to say about my great experience here at Edwin Novel. 1) The rock is gorgeous, I have never been happier with a diamond my entire life. The color and clarity is stunning, as well as the carat size I ordered. I love the look of it and it's super clear. 2) The Yellow Gold is also gorgeous. The setting feels great on the skin, although it doesn't fit my fingers, I know it'll fit perfectly on my girlfriend. Gold is my girlfriend's color and she is going to look beautiful with it on. 3) Customer service is incredibly helpful and have been since I requested assistance on the color and clarity of the diamond. They offered a plethora of options and suggestions that I have sought after when notifying them the ideal ring I desired for my girlfriend. They were very patient with me, even when I was repetitive in my queries and wanted clarification on what was happening. 4) They were also very transparent about their production timeline, as it was very accurate to their updates. I wasn't aware of how each and every piece of jewelry there is made by hand and is crafted exactly so. As well as their diamonds being natural and not laboratory manufactured. This was pleasing to me and meant more to me because it made the sentiment more prevalent. My experience shopping at Edwin Novel was truly beautiful and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I don't know what I would have done or would have gone with without them. They are truly professional and provided riveting masterpieces that are made for each individual. It's sad. The ring is amazing. The diamond is beautiful but the agent was trying to force me off the phone. I just wanted to give them my compliments but I got brushed off. Spending $28,300 they should be more respectful to me. I am still going to purchase again, I have my eyes on a pair of earrings but I wish they could be nice.

Product was great. I had it for 6 years, when I wanted to send it back for polish and cleaning they didn't provide me a shipping label. If their policy says repairs polish and cleaning is free, they should provide a shipping label.
I give major props to whomever designed and constructed this ring because it is stunning. This company knows how to make a ring that looks amazing. My wife is going to love it when I gift her it for her birthday coming up. We always say "I love x infinity" so having an infinity sign shaped ring is perfect for us.

The earrings are so sparkly and shiny, they are the best thing I have ever laid my hands on. Such a great purchase and great craftmanship at Edwin Novel. The rose gold setting is very cute. Man, oh man! I love my chain necklace! I got myself a dog tag encompassed with diamonds to match with the chains I got for Christmas last year.
