I had used it for several papers I had missed or procrastinated on and the papers I got back are far from disappointing. Post-secondary papers are far too complex for these writers to meet requirements, I don't put the full blame on the writers but their policies make no sense at all. No refunds but they could redo the assignment for you I received an F on every paper I've done through them. Luckily my prof gave me a second chance to redo them as I went through and redid all of them myself, even with the redo I got from their end come to about the same result. Post-secondary students stay away may work for high school students, their essays are usually full of meaningless big words that don't correlate at all with the required information. I hope one day to get a refund because this is ridiculous.

The paper recieved a failing grade, and contrary to their own FAQ on refunds they immeditately declined offering any refund or compensation. Their own customer service agent had confirmed prior to me placing an order that in the case of a failing grade they refund that element, but when the failing grade was recieved they said that there was "no guaruntee of the highest grade for any work". When paying for 5+ references, the author used the same paper x5, not 5 different references, and this paper cost £350. This website is essentially stealing with extra steps, and customer service agents who are more than willing to say anything to separate you from your money, then completely contradict what is written on their own website and confirmed prior to sale.

Scam, avoid. 0 stars if it was possible.

Unfortunately this was my first time using this service and I never will again. I recommend everyone to hold onto their hard earned money and go anywhere else. This site's reviews are all paid bots/fake. I ordered a paper from a "5 star professor". However Professor Lily's paper was not acceptable for an university level psychology course. AVOID HER AND THIS SERVICE. Did not receive a single mark. It was a zero.

Customer service was unhelpful, and their policies are not clear. This is set up as a scam which I unfortunately fell for, but I hope everyone reading this learns.

Absolutely appalled by this company!

Don't expect any support when they give you a deadline then don't deliver!

After being told 3x in 24 a new writer would be supplied and my piece would be written they didn't bother. The customer service was a joke and I was never able to speak to a manager! I had the same automated response and was given no discount when I wanted to chose a new writer!

Horrible service! Stay clear!

Poor service, poor essay writing. Only out to prey on vulnerability of students. The writers are remotely based and have no clue what to write about. They do not follow instructions. The quality of the essay does not meet the criteria and the number of occasions I have used their services, they have failed me big time as a result I had to seek for a much better service somewhere else. I advise that anyone seeking their support should not even attempt. It is a waste of money and time. I will never use their services again. The second discount they give you is all fake too because when you apply it is 3 times more expensive than the initial quote.

I have been a regular user of Edu Birdie and today was by far one of the worst cases. I ordered 2 pages for the work and most of the code was already written for the writer so it only needed a few changes, the writer informed me that I would need 4 more pages but there is never a code that takes that many pages when it is a simple task and most of it is already written? I then went on to contact live support and she informed me that I cant get a refund or a new writer since the writer has already been working on the task. I asked her can i see the work done so far and there was no evidence of any work being done so far and she told me to wait a few hours for him to upload the draft. I dont get why I would need to wait for something that is already "partially done" especially when the writer was online during this time and the excuse for not uploading the draft by the live support lady was that hes working on other assignments right now. How long does it take for the assignment to be uploaded? The writer told the live support lady that in reality 6 more pages would be needed when he told me 4 and in no way would that task ever take more than 2 pages maximum. Pretty Awful experience if I say so and very dodgy. I would advice you to avoid this website!

I was so excited to see a site like EduBirdie to help with certain assignments. However, not all their writers are competent and follow directions (ex. Rubrics). I used Dr. Sonia, and she could not get the task right. I provided a rubric, examples, and time for her to make edits. I made the a HUGE mistake and released the funds before I got the final product. In the end she never could get it right and she never finished the task before it was due. In the end I paid $99 dollars for nothing and had to use another writing company who got it right the first time. DON'T RELEASE THE FUNDS UNTIL THE ASSIGNMENT IS DONE TO YOUR LIKING FIRST. Customer service doesn't help much and now I am out $99 dollars with no work to show for it. I NEVER GOT A REFUND and I never got my FINAL product I paid for.

SHE NEVER COULD GET IT RIGHT AND NEVER FINISHED WHAT I PAID FOR.
DON'T USE HER!

They are not native english speakers... and even though that sometimes may not be a proble (my first language is spanish) their offies are located in Bulgaria. I found out after I had to call for a refund because my 15 page RESEARCH** paper was filled with nothing but personal opinions and biased guesses... it cost me from a B to a D and failed the class! The writer would adjust it here and there but never changed the actual problems. Incredibly disappointing and horrible. Save your money do not pay to this website

So I used edu birdie at the start of the year 2022 and I made one order on it. The writer was outright writing random things nor relevant to my subject at all. So I requested a cancellation and refund but they refused me. Then during the year they made a payment policy saying after 6months after you've deposited you cannot refund it to your card. I got no email saying that they are enforcing this policy and they straight up want to keep your money on their platform so you can spend it on them. SCAMMERS
