I was so excited to see a site like EduBirdie to help with certain assignments. However, not all their writers are competent and follow directions (ex. Rubrics). I used Dr. Sonia, and she could not get the task right. I provided a rubric, examples, and time for her to make edits. I made the a HUGE mistake and released the funds before I got the final product. In the end she never could get it right and she never finished the task before it was due. In the end I paid $99 dollars for nothing and had to use another writing company who got it right the first time. DON'T RELEASE THE FUNDS UNTIL THE ASSIGNMENT IS DONE TO YOUR LIKING FIRST. Customer service doesn't help much and now I am out $99 dollars with no work to show for it. I NEVER GOT A REFUND and I never got my FINAL product I paid for.
SHE NEVER COULD GET IT RIGHT AND NEVER FINISHED WHAT I PAID FOR.
DON'T USE HER!
Tip for consumers:
NEVER RELEASE FUNDS, UNTIL YOU GET THE FINAL PRODUCT YOU EXPECT! NOT ALL THEIR WRITERS ARE COMPETENT AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, NO MATTER HOW MANY TRIES YOU GIVE THEM.
FIND ANOTHER WRITING COMPANY IF YOU CAN! NO REFUNDS ONCE FUNDS ARE RELEASE EVEN IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR FINAL PRODUCT. THE EDUBIRDIE DOES NOT CARE!
