I used this service every week for over 6 months. You would think they care about their loyal customers. Nope. This low budget unprofessional (in some foreign country) company does not care how much you spend or the people that work for them.
I requested my writer who I've been working with for months and tipped hundreds because she goes all out for her clients, they told me she quit, then someone else came in the chat and said the person who said this, said that they were very sorry and that she didn't quit but couldn't accept my orders at this time. Then this same person that apologized for that agent who said she quit said, later says "actually she did quit" (again). So which one is it? It is funny because I spoke to her on the app finally and she said she couldn't take orders until a week from now. I told them I spoke to her and then they made up a different excuse. Why lie? Why not say this from the beginning? It's so simple, tell the truth. She's not able to take orders don't say she quit, no she's taking time off, no she quit. No she can't take orders until a eeek from now. What? This company doesn't care about their writers or the clients. Very unprofessional foreign site. All of their writers are from Kenya. Although I did have a good experience with the writer but the way they treat her and I was unacceptable. They did not offer me any help and told me to just chat with the hundreds of people that popped up. Instead of setting me up with someone with the same skills. I have had some pretty good customer service in the past but this was hours of going back in fourth with "I'm sorry" and never offering a solution to keep a client who not only pays a lot but tips as well. Find another site there's many out there. Unfortunately this is a low budget foreign site. They have no idea what professionalism is. After spending pretty much in the thousands with them I will no longer be using them ever again. Beware. LIERS AND SCAMMERS
