EDreams is reliable, only it would be good to inform ahead of fime they offer no online checkin for some bookings done through the IT company citizen plane and they also do not offer online check in which it is ok, just to know ahead of time.

Stay away. I booked my car rental 1 week prior to my flight for 48 euro, I paid in full, I paid the full insurance and then at the delivery point the Europcar charged me an extra hidden cost of 60 euros. If I was aware I would choose a different platform. Europcar informed me about the extra cost 2 hours prior to my flight. I asked for refund and they both refused even that the EuropCar admitted than the informed late due to heavy workload.

I needed to call to get a booking confirmation. I was not given a reason why my booking reservation was never confirmed. After 12+ hours I called the contact number. The rep was able to book my flight and send a confirmation email to me in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised that the reservation email advised that waiting 24 hours without a reservation was suggested before calling. It was completely obvious after 12 hours that I was never going to receive a confirmation without calling. Earlier outreach to customers should be standard practice.
