I was able to use a discount code that allowed me to receive additional money off my flight. It's been a while since I booked a flight so I was happy to get that extra discount. I had been contemplating discontinuing my membership but maybe it's still worth it.

I know one star is minimum but this hotel doesn't deserve any star.
Hotel is not anywhere closed to the advertised conditions.
I've booked king size bed and I ended up with twin bed.
Shower broke, signs of the door being forced.

To locate my exact flight was seemless. Both the flight cost and additional services were discounted appreciably, as per eDream membership.
The flight, Z2 942 with Air Asia Zest is hopefully the same flight that I booked my wife and daughter on, flight Z*******. PHILIPPINES AIRASIA. There is no way I have discovered to make sure this is the same flight.
EDreams asks for a review but until the flight is complete it is difficult to know. EDreams confirmed the flight reference number but I received an email from an unknown company citing the eDreams flight reference number and advised the number was changed. However, successive eDream emails indicate the original flight reference number.
When you seek out support you are saddled with either generic responses to specific questions or are referred to some virtual assistant who suggests you contact the airline directly without providing a way to contact them. I suppose at the end of the day if the flight goes well then none of this matters. But it would be nice to have a peace of mind.

I had very bad experience, the website didn't accept to pay with American express in first place so on same day I bought my tkts with airline directly and by my big surprise this company charge me the tickets next day without my approval and I complained and only they refunded part of the total and now passed already 12 days since my last call and still they are saying because an error they didn't refund the total, I feel they stole from me not only money if not as well my time.
Just dealing with them take so long and they are saying sorry but it is not enough and still not processing the refund.
I will mention this experience to all people I know and for sure not use this company anymore.

I booked my round trip flights easily. All comfirmations were sent to my email for easy access.

I began to search for flights on Aeo Lingus from Barbados to Manchester. EDreams came up and I clicked on it. Information came up regarding the dates that I chose and even alternate dates with the different rates. I was able to chose suitable dates at a cheaper rate and was also offered a discount on rates that I decided on. The experience was was relatively easy and straightforward. I was able to book my flight in record time. No problem, no hassle. Since then I have received a number of emails with regards to my flight.
I wish there were no unnecessary option selections and payment to be processed quickly.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
