Just adopted am umbrella cockatoo from a rescue and picked up a second hand cage that had some rust. Wanted to make sure that the paint I got for the cage was plenty safe and didn't want to spend a lot on repowdercoating. The rescue didn't know if ANY cage safe paints until I found this and submitted it to them. So a big thank you from Rhode Island Parrot Rescue as well!

We used the paint to create a gorgeous little reading nook for my daughter and are looking forward to many years of watching her grow, and sit in that window!
I'm looking to paint the exterior of my home. I ordered a few samples of paints from ECOS, and I was pleased with the colors. I had some follow up questions, so I used the form on their website as instructed. That was well over a week ago and I haven't heard back. Without knowing the answers to my questions, I cannot order any product. The lack of response cost this company a decent sized sale. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of product, but I can comment on that the lack of customer service.
Loved the samples I received, Thought we had it narrowed down on color. However, seeing them in the house now, we have to decide if we want to change the curtains or pick different colors. Still moving them around, making sure they are what we want.

We found out that the company closed out because of the pandemia. A week later we received an email that they back on business. We received our order, plus extra needed paint. Ím very thankful with your customer service.

I placed an order for over $500 worth of wood stain. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I contacted customer service PRIOR to the shipment of my stain to see if they could exchange it out since it hadn't shipped yet. The customer service rep on the chat asked that I email instead since he didn't have access to the orders. I told him I was afraid that if I waited on an email response that it would be too late. He apologized and said there was nothing he could do. And of course, coincidentally I got an email stating that my order shipped out two hours after I contacted the company at 8:00 pm CST. Each time I've contacted customer service they are very uninterested and unhelpful. The paint product is great but I have nothing nice to say about their customer service. Be extremely careful when placing your order- they will make no effort to help you out.

Your email was sent on Monday 3/15/21 at 7:48pm EST, but UPS had already picked up your order from our premises earlier that day - at 3:50pm.
We are not open at 10:00pm EST and UPS does not pick up at that time of night.
Whenever possible we do try to accommodate customer changes, but we are not always able to do so.

I recently order paint from your company because it is non-voc. I have chemical sensitivity so your paint is what I needed. The order came extremely fast. The only thing that surprised me was that it came in 5 gallon bags instead of pails. Maybe that was you website but I didn't notice it. I haven't had it painted yet so don't know about the coverage, color, etc.
My very first order arrived a mess. One of the metal tabs was halfway off the lid, so quite a bit of paint had leaked out and created a mess. Some had even leaked through the box and dried on our wood floors. I reached out to customer service and they said they would contact UPS... but that's it. At $70 for a gallon of paint, I expected something more to be done. Perhaps offer to send a free pint to make up for the wasted product, or a coupon, something! Paint itself was good (lullaby white matte) though I will need to do a second coat, but I'm hesitant to buy another gallon...
Very easy to order samples. They come in small amounts so you're not wasting much if you don't like the color, yet there's plenty of paint to do a large area to make sure you like the color. One suggestion I would make is if the shopping cart had a 'wish list' or a 'save for later' section. That would make things a tad better, otherwise no complaints regarding paint quality, paint quantity, & I have had no shipping issues.
I purchased this paint because I wanted a safe paint for my baby's crib. The company sent me the wrong color card so when I actually bought the paint (thinking it would be the same as the color card), and mailed it to my woodworkers house, it was the wrong color! I wasted almost $200 and just settled for it because I really needed my baby's crib done. I contacted customer service on a Saturday so they were closed but the guy I spoke to from their answering service asked a series of questions and assured me that someone would call me back which they NEVER did! I will not buy paint from this company again.
