Positive: We ordered and received it in a reasonable time frame. They sent it with a heat pack to prevent freezing, which was great. There was some type of issue where the label was printed incorrectly and delayed shipping. We got the color we ordered, and it matched the color on the website pretty closely. The paint is pretty, low odor and dried relatively quickly. We bought this paint because my daughter who lives with me has a new baby and a bird in the room next to the bathroom we were painting. To that end, there were no issues.
Negative: We paid $72 for a quart of paint that was barely enough to do our tiny bathroom. It was very thin, and required multiple coats. It is in a bathroom, and so there is moisture. If the paint gets even the slightest bit wet, it runs. After a few times of running, it leaves track marks in the paint. Even on the wall with the most coats, there is quite a bit of streaking. As we got to the end of the paint, and had to cut back on coats, it is painfully clear which walls were affected. Overall, I think we'll look elsewhere next time.

I got my paint samples in the mail. The colors were so vibrant and beautiful. I chose different shades of green because I'm planning on painting my livingroom and couldn't decide which shade of green I wanted. I found the perfect shade that both my husband and I love. Thank you!

Incredible finish on all three of the paint products that I purchased. The eggshell is beautiful and it really goes on nice and smooth! Service was fast and efficient - I received my products within 4 days of ordering.

The sheens and the quality are awful. I had a custom match and it is not the same and the company insists it is but I have proof on the outside of the cans that it is not the same colorant as the Benjamin Moore Dove White. Now I have to have everything repainted and the initial paint job was $7,000.00 I am very unhappy all and all.

While I appreciate that this is an eco-friendly paint and the reason why I chose it, I cannot give this higher than one star due to the paint coverage.
I ordered an off-white color and it appears as if I received a completely different color than the sample that I chose. It also appears as if the texture is different.
I ordered the paint in eggshell and it is supposed to be medium gloss. This is more matte than any matte paint that I have ever purchased and I used to paint for a living.
I applied two coats but that was not enough
I emailed the company and was told that they do not accept a returns.

The product came so quickly and was packaged securely and safely, I cant wait to use it to paint one of my bird cages.

I'll grant you there is no traditional paint smell, but this paint DOES STINK. It smells like rotten vegetable matter or something in the compost bin. After weeks of the paint drying it still smells. Everyone in my house agrees that the room we paint with this stuff stinks. My bedroom feels gross now. Also, I don't love that it came packaged with foam padding. This packaging is not biodegradable and not recyclable. I hate the thought of huge amounts of this foam being used by Ecos. Frankly, this feels like just another greenwashing company that doesn't really care about the environment.

First time ordering from EcosPaints. It was so easy to order using the color match. They have so many great resources, a blog and even specialty paints like ones specific to pet dwellings. I received the paints no more than a week after ordering. I'll be painting this weekend and can't wait!
