I contacted their support multiple times, but got no response, so I knew I had been duped. I immediately contacted an organization called TR A D E CR Y P TS. C O M because I had read a lot of reviews about them helping people with Investment problems and regaining their losses with profits. They assisted me in making proper management with my funds and investing in the right cryptocurrency as well as giving free classes, consultation, referral bonus and swift withdrawals on every profit they made, they helped me recover from all of my losses and i made profit back.

I am realy starting to think Payz is sacmming me. I am getting no response on the processing of paperwork. Live chat keeps saying I should just wait. I am not one to just give up but its almost been a month now and worst of all is that there are already funds deposited into the account. They suspendid all activity on the account. Where does one go to log a complaint about them? I would really like to know why they are doing this. If it is a scam I would like to know to save myself the troubles of working with them in future. Because 1000ZAR is allot of money for some of us who live in South Africa where everythings getting quite expensive.

They'll take your funds. They'll ask for paperwork and photos. They'll deny them once you send them in, no matter how much it meets the criteria. They simple take your money. Avoid these scam artists.

It's impossible to deal with these people, they keep asking, over and over again, for informations and docs and they make it very difficult for users. Customer care is non existent.- I've used, and use, many similar services and can honestly say these guys are the absolute worst in all aspects. Just closed my account after going trough a million and one problem. Do yourself a favour: stay clear of them!. Terry

I gave them all the required documents to open an account (with those same documents I have opened accounts at skrill, neteller and many other KYC sites), and they kept telling me that they are "copies" somehow. They couldn't explain what they meant when I asked them. They implied that I had "edited" the documents. Their customer support is also quite rude and doesn't ever read what you write in the emails.

There are much better providers out there than this. Avoid them at all costs.

They have no intention of allowing you to get your funds out of their grip. They will ask you for docs like proof of earnings, bank statements and much more. All of these docs are very private and in the wrong hands can lead to identity theft.

Regardless what you send they will never approve any cash-outs. You will lose all your money at ecoPayz.

Scam.
Repeatedly asking for some additional thing(picture, document, paper, unicorn milk, star dust,…) and it's never enough. I'm starting to think they don't want any users.
I had less the 200$ on my account, didn't use it at all and they restrict it all the sudden. The reason is that they are fighting against "money washing" or something like that. Only thing that i'm washing is a laundry.
And then a million proofs. Over and over again. It's like they don't read anything you write and send and they just want to annoy you enough to give up of your money.
At the end i don't care at all. But just don't bather with them if you don't have to. They are worst then jealous boyfriend - questions on and on and always on your account so in every scenario you're ending paying!

This company will ask for ridiculous amounts of paper work constantly. They only do this to enable them to close your account and take any of the funds when they say you have not completed their requests. They say they need to do this due to regulations which is complete BS.

Do Not Trust ecoPayz - They use any excuse to close your account.

It's easy to open and account but that's where it all ends with these scammers.

Once you have funds in your account this is where all the problems will start.

They will ask for proof of funds source, you will need to prove to them that the source of the money is 100% legal. You will constantly have to do this for all deposits into your account from any source.

You will also need to give them a mountain of paperwork regards your id, drivers license, bank statements, selfies (several) and various other odd requests for what they call "verify" your account. They will make you do this on a regular basis, it's not just a one off thing.

When you cannot give or just do not want to give them all these private details they will close your account and take all your funds. You have no recourse or complaint procedure to recover your funds.

Stay away from this company, they systematically ask for ridiculous amounts of paperwork well knowing that people cannot provide or don't want to provide this so they can close accounts and steal your funds.
