Frendly, plesent service. I got a cup of coffee while waiting for staff member to take me to the car, checked for damages with me, got a map to find a way back. Great service at beginning and at the end. Dont understand negative comments here tbh, they not all the damages before i started and staff was superb. I rent around whole word and never felt better about renting a car...

Die Preise sind in Ordnung und der Ablauf ist sehr intuitiv. Das Auto war in einem sehr guten Zustand und super sauber. Viel Zeit kostet das ganze auch nicht.

Took extra time to pick up the vehicle when you are running on a tight timeline.
Vehicle was not clean inside, had a bad noise in the gear box. We were worried for the whole hire period that it would break down.

Super Kundenservice, wollte spontan ein Auto nächste Woche mieten - freundliche Dame am telefon, super Angebot. Innerhalb 5 Minuten war das Auto reserviert.

Excellent pricing, need to be a tad more lenient on return time, should be a grace period of at least an hour passed actual return time.

What an experience! Wish all holidays started out like this. The staff was not only courteous but warm and friendly while at the same time being helpful and prompt. My wife and I were prepared for a lot of paperwork and slow delivery. However, were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The same was the case at drop off today. Will definitely go back to them in future!

Professional staff and swift vehicle pick up and drop off. I've booked several vans for work online over the last 6 months. Each time the staff at Hammersmith have been welcoming, explained the system clearly and the vehicle has been in good condition. Highly recommend. Be sure to note the turn off to the car park for drop off
