Easy to order and several lovely options to choose from! Helped my elderly parents make an order on the phone too since they are not savvy with e-commerce orders.
Easy to order, however i didn't want to add an eternity candle to the order but it automatically added it and I couldn't figure out how to remove the candle from my order.
Site was easy to navigate. My friend texted me after the service that the flowers were beautiful and meant a lot. We were not able to attend, so this was a great way of showing that our thoughts were with him. Would definitely use again
The ordering process and price was good! However, although I had specified that the arrangement to go to the designated visitation at a specified time, it was not delivered. I only found this out when I had inquired. I Was managing a group gift, so I was very disappointed that the arrangement was not delivered when the group wanted it to be. It was later delivered to the home after the Funeral, which was ok, but not what we had wanted.
Beautiful flowers, my co-worker was very happy. He was able to put his mother to rest in style, which knowing she would been so grateful receiving the flowers from her son awesome team.
Thank you for your promptness in getting my order delivered on time. It was beautiful. The only complaint I have is that whoever printed the message on misspelled one of the names.
I needed to send sympathy flowers from out of state. After ordering i realized the obituary had misspelled the name. I contacted to get the sympathy card and obit corrected and received a reply and the correction within a couple hours. The flowers were delivered in time for the service. Customer service was great.

Flowers were never delivered for funeral. The communication I received about them not being able to find the address was very very delayed, I had no opportunity to try to find another place to deliver due to this.
I'm very disappointed as the flower arrangement was not present when I arrived at the funeral service for my sister in law. The flowers were supposed to be delivered Saturday done they didn't deliver on Sundays. The service was held at 11:00am Monday morning. I called after the service to find out they weren't ready for delivery until after 1:00pm. I had to have them delivered to the reception since they didn't get delivered in time for the actual service.
This is just unacceptable and should have been offered a refund but none was made.
Very disappointed with the whole mess.

Order a large arrangment based on the style of flowers for a family funeral. When viewed at the funeral home the flowers were frail, wilted, unhealthly and the flower arrangements was to contain a 'BLUE' flower as in was within the name and flower arrangement purchase, there was no "BLUE' flower or any similar colour within the arrangement. Large arrangments should last at least 3 business days this was an embarrasement in what was received. I will not order and recommend this florist.

I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral that I was unable to attend. I didn't hear until 5 days after the service, from Echovita, that they were unable to deliver the arrangement. I finally got my money back. But they kept the $4.50 service fee. That is what us honest people call stealing!

First, Echovita didn't contact you, our partner, Blooms Today did, and it was 2 days later, not 5 days later, nevertheless, since you placed your order for delivery in under 24 hours, you should have been notified the morning of the service. Second, your order was $146.99, and we refunded you $146.99. There is no service fee of $4.50. You can contact your credit card company and ask them about it. Thank you.
Ordered online an paid. Received message stating that those puticular flowers weren't available hr later. Funeral in 2 days on Sunday 2pm. I canceled an then reordered what was available. Paid again. Message me back next morning Sat said unable to complete my order again. Took me 1 an 1/2 weeks to get both my $107.00 each refunded back to account. I would not recommend this service. Highly disappointed.

I ordered flowers on Friday for a funeral service that was on Monday at 5pm. At 5:15 I tried calling the number of the vendor that was listed on my Discover card to inform you they weren't here yet. All I got was an answering machine. After trying to reach out I called Discover to inform them. As I was speaking to them, the man, with flowers pulled up after the service started. Just awful! In a time of grief and you couldn't even complete this task. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered flowers for the wake. On the day of the wake I received a phone call saying the flowers could not be delivered because the service had already started. I was refunded, but very disappointed that I couldn't offer my condolences to the family when I wished to.
I've checked twice with the intended recipients, and they are saying they never received the order.

Ordered online from Echovita for fast funeral due to their advertising on the obituary and promise to get there on time. Called me the next day on the day of the funeral saying they could not take my order because they had no one there in that town. Then I had to scramble to find someone by calling a florist in the town. Sounds like false advertising. Very disappointing! By the way, I live 1000 miles away and could not get there myself.

Because of timing, and a holiday weekend Echovita could not find a florist to compete my order. I understand this is not their fault, however I was very disappointed. The flowers were for a funeral. I was unable to attend, because I was out of state.

Echovita made it very easy to pay my respects for the funeral of the mother of a friend from church. Echovita was connected to the only online obituary that I could find for an out of town funeral. More than just easy, Echovita knew more about the funeral arrangements and logistics than I did, so my flowers were sent to the best location and at the best time for their special funeral plans. I actually thought I might have signed up to send flowers to the wrong city, when I was told later that the funeral was in a different town, an hour away. Echovita had it under control! My friend texted me from the funeral to say thanks for the flowers, so I know Echovita came through for me, during this difficult scenario. Thanks!

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
