First, you chose for the flowers to be delivered prior to the first visitation on August 30th before 3:00p.m., not 5:00p.m. Since they couldn't be delivered that day, they were delivered the morning of August 31st before the start of the second visitation, so they were there for the second visitation and the funeral service. The flowers were pretty, but they were delivered in a plain clear vase and not the deep blue one pictured on the website. They were for my sister's husband's funeral and the reason I picked that arrangement was partly for the vase. I would use this service again.

Ordered one arrangement in a tall vase with many flowers, but got a small bowl with about ten flowers. What a disappointment. This was for a dear friend's funeral. Apparently these folks are too embarrassed to reply back.

Ordered on thing, got something entirely different and much smaller. Not at all happy. The first is what was I got; the second is what was ordered. Quite a difference. You need to refund about half!

Order a large arrangment based on the style of flowers for a family funeral. When viewed at the funeral home the flowers were frail, wilted, unhealthly and the flower arrangements was to contain a 'BLUE' flower as in was within the name and flower arrangement purchase, there was no "BLUE' flower or any similar colour within the arrangement. Large arrangments should last at least 3 business days this was an embarrasement in what was received. I will not order and recommend this florist.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
