Beautiful arrangement, easy to order, not overpriced, easy check in and check out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the actual arrangement had a very small space where flowers should have been and a few lilies that were a little brown at the tips. Still the receiving family and I loved the arrangement. Thank you 🙏🏼

Very easy to order flowers for a funeral. However, I was not pleased to see some virtual "eternity candle" box that was automatically checked for $9.99 on the check-out page that I didn't want and was charged for. However, the company made it right after I posted this review and they refunded the charge so I was very happy to see that.

I did not like the subtle upcharge I almost paid for a candle? Caught it before confirming. And never saw the flowers that I ordered and I attended the service. I called for confirmation of the order and they just said yeah we delivered them but there should be some confirmation because it's tacky to ask the loved ones of someone who just passed if they got your flowers and I paid over $100 for the order so yeah just not impressed with the process.

I ordered a flower arrangment for a memorial service 250 miles away. I wasn't there; I have no idea what the product looked like. I might have been satisfied or I might not have been--I'll never know.
The flowers were pretty and delivered as ordered. Was disappointed in the misspellings on the card. My order had been sent with correct spelling and the errors diminished our message of respect.The response to my review was, "Not our fault." I knew that. But no follow up on how this will be corrected for future patrons. Will order other ways next time. Two stars for not seeming concerned about customer service improvement.

The cost of delivery is included in the displayed price, however, local florists charge a care handling fee, and weekend delivery fees, so if you select for the order to be delivered on the weekend, we must add the fee as well. Thank you.
The delivery was on time. But I had to get a substitution. Because they didn't have the original one I chose. It would be nice if they would have sent a picture of the flowers. Once they were delivered. But I'm just thankful they made it on time for the service.
This was an easy experience considering I ordered from the US to a funeral home in Canada. My only lament would be the total cost being so high. Eventually, people are going to stop sending flowers altogether for these events because it's just too darn expensive for flowers that die within a few days.
Ordering online was simple to navigate. The delivery was made on time and I would say that their prices were normal for any flower shop. They do have a lot to pick from.
I attended the service for Erma and was disappointed how small the arrangement was. It did not resemble the picture of the arrangement I thought I had ordered.

The funeral spray that I ordered was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was outstanding! I had to call twice when changes were made to the date and the location of the service. The flowers arrived on time for the rescheduled date and location.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. I was disappointed in the flowers. It was a very small arrangement for the money I spent. I spoke with customer service and they were very apologetic and rectified the problem.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
