I thought it was a great experience. The return process was super easy.
I have had great experiences with eCampus, they consistently have the lowest prices on the internet for rental textbooks. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because one time, I ended up buying my rental book outright, and I got double-charged without any notice; I only noticed a couple months later when I checked my account history. However, eCampus did refund the money when I explained the issue to them.

Well we are lucky to have received the books at all. The acct had an old address which I couldnt figure out to change.plus we are in a shelter and will relocate within the shelter system so I couldnt use that address. Well luckily the school let me have them mailed there under Angela's name in care of. So the books arrived without a hitch.
