I found books for my classes at a much lower price. It was also great to get them as rentals, so I didn't have to keep them and could access them on my phone or any other device.
Got it in one piece. Was able to access my textbook easily, thankfully, because with all these online systems now I'm never sure what will work and what won't. Would recommend to a fellow college student looking for something a lot cheaper than a college-bought book lol. :)
I ordered a textbook for a class. It arrived quickly in the mail and was in great condition. It was a fair price. I am happy with my purchase and would use ecampus.com again.
It took several attempts to set up my account. I had a code sent to my email. I had to resend it 2 times. Also, I tried to use the CAMPUS3 code to get my 3% off. It told me that I hadn't spend more than $1 so I wasn't eligible. My book was over $100. Then when I ordered the book, I had to put in my information twice. It buffered and sent me back to the payment page. I am not sure if I will be charged twice for my order on my credit card. Considering that this is my first time using eCampus, it was not easy using the site. I need my book for class and it is difficult to find, so I am hoping that this site is legitimate. When I receive my book, I might feel better that the site is real and may try it again, but right now, I would not feel secure recommending this site to others.
The person I bought it from took forever to send it. I had to email them to tell them to send it. Even though I paid extra for fast shipping. The customer support was great though.
When i wanted a refund i could not find any where to refund my item. I also have not accessed the book in the last 30 days so i am hoping for a refund because i no longer need the book from this sight
We've rented a book which we haven't ever done before. The book arrived in a hurry which was great, I'm a little worried about how we will get it returned but figure we will cross that bridge when we get to it. There wasn't any returning info in the package so maybe I'll get an email.
The books arrived in very good condition! I have nothing bad to say about the condition of the books. The bad thing that I can say is the arrival time of the books. I was supposed to get them on a Wednesday and didn't receive them til the following Tuesday! I had to go extra days without books so that made me get further behind in class. I was given a few days of online access to only one book so that didn't help much either. But I got them so all I'm going to focus on now is passing my class!

We used ecampus a few times for my daughter's ap classes. Worth the fee to rent then buy. We do not want to save the book. If someone else could use great.
We used for high school dual credit a couple times now. Worth availability to have these books and return maybe for someone else to use. Better than paying full price and it sits on shelf.

Book came at estimated amount of time in good condition. Useful because I wanted a physical copy to read and this was the cheapest option I could find online. I'm still renting the book so I can't say anything about the return process yet.

Overall, I had a great experience. I love the prices and that I can get digital copies for all of my books. However, I do not like that. You are charging digital shipping fees for digital books just because you're losing out on the shipping cost because nobody's ordering actual books.

I literally think I was the first person to ever open this textbook. It was in pristine condition. I am writing this before I return it, so I can't comment on that side of the process.

I had an overall horrible experience. When I first purchased the book, I realized I bought the wrong one and I tried to cancel the order, but it wouldn't let me. I talked with the AI chat box and that didn't help me either, then I proceeded to get an email from someone by the name of Edwin. Edwin is from their support system, he proceeded to say he saw my conversation with the chat box and that he could cancel my order for me. I told him he could do so. Mind you all of this took place within their business hours. I proceeded to not get a response and for the order to say shipped a couple days after. I then tried to place a return then, but was notified I wouldn't be getting all of my money back. I am very disappointed at their customer service and will not be doing business with this company ever again.
I put in an order earlier this week. The next day I got an email informing me that it was canceled due to irregularities in my payment meanwhile I put all my information in correctly
Some of the pages were a little bent but since I just need this book for 8 weeks to use for a course, it didn't bother any. The order shipped really quickly and the staff was super responsive to questions. Would definitely use them again
I couldn't get an update in tracking. The book arrived two days later than was initially estimated. Other than that issue, the text was as described and what I needed.
