ECampus makes it hard to return any book you rent. 5 to 6 steps later maybe you can get a legit mailing address or your "FREE" return label. Think twice.

To return your eCampus.com rental:

1. Sign in to your My Account.
2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
3. Select Return My Rental for Free.
4. Select only the books you packaged in the box, then click Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip and drop your rental return off at any UPS location. DO NOT drop this package off at the post office.

My book showed up in a timely manner. The only issue I had was the book getting stuck in my mailbox but that's really the fault of my mail truck driver not this site and the book was able to be removed and didn't get damaged so it's all fine and well.

This book is not available as new soI had to order a used book from the marketplace, The seller never sent any tracking info and I never received the book; I ordered again - same result. I am now on my third attempt and hopefully will get the damn book. Classes started 6 weeks ago and I haven't been able to complete any of the homework despite ordering the first book well in advance of classes starting. The Helpdesk/chat tries to be helpful but isn't able to process anything without hearing from the seller and they don't respond. Very frustrating!

Could not use code for discount and all I could get was a charge of 5.00 to ask question when in fact it was something wrong with your payment system. Thus I ordered elsewhere and it was cheaper as well. Date was last time I tried to purchase textbooks.

Easy experience through the website, book is basically new, delivery arrived in less than a week at base cost, but the cost of the rental is too high (basically over half to purchase new). Not much Incan do as I have bad experiences with other online rental sources since Amazon got out of the business.

I rented 2 books and got one fairly quickly. The other one took some time to arrive and I did have to reach out to support to see where the book was. Thankfully I rented the books a month and half before my class. I highly recommend renting or buying a month before class so that you have time to accommodate any late shipments.
